I had some very dirty carpet, and a lot of the stars were still there when our cleaning was over. The guys weren't ther very long, and I just wonder if they really tried hard to get them out. This was the first time EVER getting these carpets clean, and I would have thought they would be way cleaner than they are.

Juan is awesome! I live in a rental that has carpet that needs to be replaced. He was extra careful and did everything he could do to make sure I was satisfied with his work. He deserves a raise or a bonus!

It wasn't a disappointment so much as not impressing me. It was just okay. Carpets took a very long time to dry. No information was offered to tell me how long I could expect them to take to dry or how long before moving furniture back or anything. Wood floors were left wet.

But not BAD. Just "meh".

they were on time and polite. They made sure I understood everything.

In my opinion Zerorez has the best method for cleaning carpets. I like the way they treat their water making it the most suitable for cleaning.

The workers were very professional and did all that I asked and took the time to do the job right.

I was very disappointed when TRYING to call your office: called twice and was put on hold both times for more than 5 minutes. This is not acceptable for a business. Two of my friends had called and told me that they just gave up and called someone else. Not a good system you have for answering the phone and making appointments!!!!!!! You should be able to do something to improve.

I am allergic to many fragrances and soaps, so your cleaning process that doesn't use them is a blessing! I enjoy having a clean carpet that is not stiff with residuals!

It is a clean way to clean-no residue.

Zerorez, did a great job. They were timely and very knowledgeable about their product.

We were told that the carpets would take 4 to 6 hours to dry. They took nearly 24 hours to dry. We could have used those little pieces of foam to put under the feet of some of the furniture. Tech. Did a great job. Some of the traffic areas did not clean as well as we would have liked.

Let me know that a room I have will be charged double the price.

Our technician was WONDERFUL. He was absolutely AWESOME. Our carpet however was not as we expected it to be. Our carpet is less than two years old and we were wanting to keep it looking new. After it was cleaned and dried...there were lots of places that it felt crusty. Not sure why but was a little disappointed.

I stepped on a clear plastic push pin after my carpets were cleaned. I've never had any of those in my home. I vacuumed before your arrival & I believe it came off of the device used after the spray treatment. I have 2 small children and was grateful that it was me who stepped on it rather than them. You could improve by checking your equipment before entering a new home. This is no reflection on the person who cleaned my carpets, he was great.

We love the fact that you do not use strong chemicals. We have been very happy with the cleanliness of the carpets after you have cleaned them, and also there is no oodor of chemicals. Your workmen have been hard working, polite, anxious to please, and have done a very good job. Your willingness to come back when we were not satisfied was great, and the work you did a second time for free was also great. I can recommend your service as exceptionally good.

I received incorrect information when setting up my appointment but the rep who assisted me after the appointment was incredibly professional and proactive to remedy the issue so that I could move into my new home on schedule. This company knows how to demonstrate excellent customer service! I was impressed!

Haven't seen the results. I'm out of state. Also, I don't think I paid and no one is calling me so that I can. Free cleaning might earn you a 9 or 10. :)

Zerorex are the best the recently workers technicians were awesome my house stairs and walking areas were looking great clean as new. They really knew how to use your products carpet treatment and power machines.Thank you, I will surely call for my next appointment.

Cost was triple my quote, too much residue left on carpet after cleaning so the technician had to come back the next day ( resulting in two lost days of work for me), I have severe asthma and asked about scent prior to treatment and was assured there was a light scent that would dissapate quickly. The scent was so strong, I had to spend the night away from my house. My floor was left crunchy. Terrible experience with this company.

It was clean and didn't overwhelm my sinuses with chemicals.
