In the past I have loved my carpets when the tech left my home. This last time (a few days ago) I was very dissapointed when he left. Not only were my carpets very wet, they do not look clean. In the high trafic areas they are still stained. The tech told us it was due to the traffic on the carpet and if we took a white rag and rubbed it, you would not see any dirt on it. I tried it once they were dry after two days and it was not clean at all.
Very disipointed with the job that was done. I also feel like I paid a lot more that what I thought.
They (the technicians) worked quickly and in a timely manner. They did an excellent job. I would use them again
The technician was professional, friendly and thorough. He explained the process and procedures. Years ago, my daughter and her pet (a Pug dog) were in the basement, I didn't realize that there were so many pet markings until the carpet tech showed me with his special light. He treated the area and I am grateful to get that area cleaner, since we are trying to sell our house.
Your service techs knew what they were doing and did a great job communicating the process. They are very respectful and friendly. I have had my carpets companies clean my carpet, Zerorez beats them all.

Why the water disposal fee? Why isn't this just included the regular price. I think hidden fees are just a dishonest way to do business.

The edge of the strairs didn't come clean. The arms of the love seat were stained and the cushions looked dingy. The couch arms looked dingy. The front room carpet still showed shadows in the traffic areas. The other carpet areas that were cleaned seemed to be ok. We do appreciate your quick response to our concerns. Thanks

on time carpets looked good. Bobby was courteous and had me check everything to make sure I was satisfied with the job.
The spotting liquid works really well. There are not spots left behind. Juan, our technician was extremely personable as well as very skilled at what he was doing.
Pre treated areas were oily feeling and I had to re-clean several areas with my own steam machine to get rid of the oily/tacky feeling.
The vents in my apartment had been very neglected and not cleaned by the owner for many many years. He did an excellent and thorough job above and beyond in my opinion on the vents and intake as well as doing an excellent job on my carpet. Overall, I was completely satisfied with his work, found him to be very pleasant and obliging and would and will recommend Zerorez and especially the technician that did the work enthusiastically
You told me that you would be there at 11am, but technician did not get there until 3pm. I know that times are not always to the very hour but coming 4 hours late is unacceptable. If you ever get my business you better be on time especially when people are waiting for you. Cleaning was and is always good but being that late is not good for your business. If that is the only technician you had to send to my home and he was in Midway. That is poor scheduling on your part, and not a good way to keep my business.

After carpet was cleaned and it was still damp you did not feel the soapy sticky residue. The carpet dried fast.

I had Zerorez clean our carpets before & the person did a thorough job so when people asked me for a recommendation I would tell them to hire your company. However, this time the rug cleaner hurried to get the job done--only took 20 minutes to do a family room & kitchen rug. He acted like he had too many other jobs to get to or was in a hurry to get home. As a custodial supervisor @ BYU I know to do a detailed cleaning it should take longer than that.It took from 3pm Friday till Sat. morning for the carpet to dry & last time it dried a lot faster. Also, I had a $31 off coupon I got online that I tried to get him to deduct but he said the office probably already deducted it but when I got a copy of the bill via an email I did not see the $31. deducted.
Juan was great - very professional and friendly. I also love the nature of the products used and the great price.
A little cheaper prices would have left me feeling better about the entire experience.

The technician who performed the work at our house was wonderful, a total "10", he was courteous, and very informative, took his work and his service to us very serious and professional. I would recommend him over and over.
The issue I have is that we set up our appointment two weeks prior for a Saturday morning, the person setting up the appointment indicated we were the only ones on the schedule and we had requested first thing Saturday morning as we had so much going on throughout the weekend, with family in town, people planning on coming to our home Sunday and we had activities planned with family Saturday afternoon and evening.
We ended up cancelling everything because Zerorez changed our appointment from being first to being apparently third and instead of getting there in the morning, did not arrive and start the job until 4 p.m. in the afternoon. That totally ruined our family activities planned for the day and evening, we had moved every single bit of furniture out of every room and put it in our bathrooms, our kitchen, halls etc. to get it off the carpet and had absolutely no place to function or live, which would have been fine if you had come in the morning on Saturday as we had set up initially.
Once the job was complete around 6 p.m. we were stuck, we had to just go sit somewhere until midnight hoping it would be dry enough to lay a mattress or two on the floor to sleep. Unfortunately at midnight the floors were still wet, we went ahead and laid mattresses down (which required that we dry them the next day on Sunday), and the floors were still wet when we left for Church 16 hours after the job had been completed.
19 hours after it was completed it was still damp in about 1/3rd the locations and it was not until this evening, Sunday night at 6 p.m. that we finally 24 hours later, were able to start putting furniture back.
The problem is "NOT" the technician, he did a great job, it was that instead of doing the work in the morning of Saturday so that we had "ALL" day for it to dry while the day was warm and the sun was out, instead it was cold, the wind started picking up, the sun was gone by the time it was finished and it took 24 hours to dry.
So, it is tough for us to recommend you as a company, the tech we would welcome for family dinner he was that good, but the company and the support staff when I called are all sub par from a strict customer service standpoint, telling us something different every time I called starting at 8:45 a.m. Saturday morning and I called every couple of hours throughout the day trying to get someone here.
So if someone asks us about zerorez we will say we had a great tech but had a horrible experience with the company as a whole, it disrupted our lives, caused us to cancel planned family events and visitors, etc.
Not a good experience and the support staff had really no interest in trying to provide exceptional customer service, in fact with one of them I was actually nervous that she would retaliate to my being annoyed by pushing our appointment further (which may be what happened, who will every know).
