quick dry--you came back when we were not satisfied--your technician was very responsive and tried hard, and explained when something wouldn't work, but was very solicitous of what we wanted/needed.
The add on cost was out of sie and I was not given the additional cost after the original work was started, the tech walked around and I told him what I needed clean and he then went to work and the told me about what else was neede. It was left up to me to have the additional work done but I didn't know what additionsl service could be needed and I was occupied with other problems. The tech told me that the invoice was sent to my email but I was not able to get my email as my internet was down. I was given the final cost and tech accepted my American Express card but did not have a confirmation number for the electronic transaction . Also when I first called to schedule the appointment the representative told me that you did not want to accept my American Express Card but reluctantly did after I suggest that the conversation end.

The technician was very attentive. My carpets were quite dirty and I was very happy with how they turned out.
Efficiency and professionalism. The product used is wonderful - no residual stiffness. Carpets are soft and clean and dry very quickly. The service operator is always very polite and respectful, checking with me several times to verify that everything looks ok.

We had issues because you lost track of the fact that our carpet is wool. So the price quoted didn't match the actual invoice. However, after calling Zerorez and talking to the manager, he was more than helpful and quickly worked with us to resolve this issue. He turned a customer service 'issue' into an opportunity to create more loyalty from us. Well done.

WE have had other carpet cleaning services and this is the cleanest our carpets have looked. Especially the stairs. The service guy (Bobby) was very friendly, courteous, and hard working.
Windy did an awesome job. The carpets looked great and dried with no sticky residue! I appreciated her attention to detail.

I scheduled a month in advance and was told two days prior that we would be first out of the shoot on our appointed day. When you didn't show within an hour I called only to be informed that our technician had to go somewhere else first. It messed up our entire day as we had commitments and help to return furniture only for a brief window. We were told the drying time would be considerably less than the technician told us. When I asked if there was some consideration for us because of the problems, including a leaky piece of equipment that set thing further behind, I was told no such thing could be done. I will say our technician was very professional. It was your attitude and company policy that frustrated me. Since you have already indicated there is nothing you were willing to do to ameliorate our unhappiness we have just decided to express our frustration to others who may be considering you. Since then, we have talked to others whose experience was worse than ours. Wish we would have talked to them first.

Cleaned my carpets really well, and brought our carpet back to looking new.
I like the way your techs take care of our home while they are working in it, they watch out for the walls and any other places that may get nicked and take extra care not to leave any. They also wear protective shoe covers to keep any dirt on their feet from getting on the carpet.
I felt like your prices were a little high this time. I also asked the technician to clarify what the landing of the stairs was and I think it should have been a bigger area. I felt like he just wanted me to purchase one more area.

I like how clean my carpets get and stay. I don't like how long it takes to dry - over 24 hrs. It may be that I have shag carpet that is very thick.
The redo accomplished what we were expecting from the first visit. The stairs and the love seat look very good!
