Everything was great--the service, the cleaning, the carpet looks clean, etc. I would only recommend you to friends who don't mind paying a little more for good quality. Some friends would take the cheapest price no matter what.

Best cleaning process and best service around

Not fail to arrive as originally scheduled. We waited for the expected arrival of your technician at nine o'clock Monday morning. After ten o'clock we called to see what was wrong. It turned out that you had no record of the appointment. I think that you should send a confirmation email/text upon booking. Have the customer aware that they should receive the confirmation, and ask them to call back if they fail to receive it within just a few minutes of scheduling the appointment.

We not only returned home from out-of-town to prepare for the appointment, but we stayed up most of the night moving furniture. Then we had to rearrange schedules for the next day to arrange to be there for the tech.

My carpets are always cleaned to my satisfaction

I'd rather not wait around the whole day and then they come at 4:30 when it's dark, and there is no light in the room. So he's basically cleaning in the dark. I'd like to schedule in the a.m. with about a 2 hour window. Plus there needs to be 2 people, one to man the hose while the other cleans, so hose does not keep bashing into piano.

No residue in the carpet. It looks better longer. The technician was very helpful in meeting specific needs

Fast drying times

I had 3 rooms done. 2 of the rooms were wonderfully cleaned and look and smell great. My front room had a pet problem. The first application was good except for a small area that I asked to have it done again. The pet problem was deeper than we first thought. The second application has done the trick. I can tell it already smells lots better. Brady was the one who came out and cleaned my carpet. He was very professional and good. He told me everything he was doing and suggested things to take care of the problems that I had. He came, cleaned the carpet and cleaned up and was very pleasant and knowledgeable about his work. I am very pleased with the work and would not hesitate telling my friends about Zerorez. Thank you

Dillon was great. He explained the process well and did not push any products we didn't need. The tile didn't clean to well but we only found that out after it dried.

All my past experiences have been very good, and why I am rating a 7 here. However, this time was very dissapointing. The cleaners did not walk through with us, or treat any spots, and they seemed to be in a hurry and didn't do a very good job. They also left the carpet far more wet than I have ever experienced with Zerorez, and I didn't feel like the carpet was very clean.

I am very pleased with the carpet cleaning performed in our home this past week by Brady Barlow. I hope he can return next year.
