My carpets are clean. It did take over 30 hours to dry though.

How you clean and with what you clean.
It's green; I feel confident that my children can play on the surfaces without any harmful chemicals. The technicians are thorough, and everything comes out looking really clean. I've used Zerorez three times to clean my sectional, and I'm confident they'll do a great job and the couch will look clean and good as new.
Perhaps you're already doing this, but running more specials throughout the year would be great. Other than that, I've always preferred Zerorez to clean my floors and carpets.
Came on time, price was good. Carpets are old and quite dirty. Did not get as clean as I had hoped. Probably not the fault of Zerorez. I will be calling them back in the future.
We had the most positive experience with Zerorez. We bought an older home and the carpets were good quality but very very dirty. We called Zerorez and the expert came and make a miracle happen. Alex was the technician that came and cleaned for us. He is awesome. He did a great job for us. He was deliberate and careful to get it all done in a professional way. We will recommend him and Zerorez to all of our family and friends.
When I initially contacted Zerorez for an estimate - I was told it would be approximately $150. Imagine my surprise when your employee showed up, measured and then told me it would be $240! We weren't in a position to do this financially and had to end up not getting our downstairs family room done because of the cost. If I had known the price difference was going to be that great I would have gone with a different company entirely.
We had one area that was stained very heavily and I was sure would not come clean. I was very surprised at the results. The process removed the stains.
There is No chemical smell and the carpets dried quickly, within three hours.

Pay more attention to heavily soiled areas. Overall my technicion was very good. He was contiencious, personable, professional and seemed genuenly interested in providing your service. My only suggestion would be to somehow show me or stress why you are different and better than your competition. Today I'm not sure if your system is really better than the next guys.
The technician was eager to leave, did not do a thorough job, and left my carpet no cleaner than it was before. I would appreciate a do over or a refund.

We were very pleased with the service. The technician was thorough, friendly and informative about the process and services offered. She [Wendy} worked hard and efficiently. The carpets were very clean when she finished and we could not be happier.
Friendly people, do a great job and take the time to do it right
The technician was very good and paid special attention to my problem areas. The price with discounts was very fair. I wouldn't pay full price for the cleanings as some of the areas considered as rooms weren't even close to the allotted square footage.
