It's been two days - 48 hours! - since my carpets were cleaned and they're still not dry. I haven't been able to put back my furniture yet. You advertise "quick drying times". Not true, at least in my case.
I like that it was easy to book an appointment, and staff were friendly. I felt like the technician did a great job, and my carpet did not feel soaked. Thank you.

Your service is amazing. Your technicians worked hard, came back multiple times to make sure my vents were clean and furnace was operating properly, with a guarantee they would come back if I had any more problems, without extra charges.

Great quality service
The technician who came to our house was very courteous and good at his job. I was very disappointed that our appointment was between 8:00 and 10:00 am. And dispatch never called to say that the tech would be late. It was not our techs fault it was whoever should have notified us that no one would be here until 10:30. I understand there was a staffing shortage but we should have been notified I will still recommend your company because of the good job.
