Zerorez was absolutely amazing from start to finish. Everyone was incredibly professional and patient when working with me and verifying everything. They did an amazing job cleaning our rugs and carpet and everything looks better than new! I would recommend them to anyone.

After the tech. left I noticed that he had dripped water on the wood next to the stairs and did not clean it up. The wood is now water stained. He also left a mess of water on the tile coming into the house.

Didn't get all the stains out. There were several small spots that didn't come out. Although he told me everything came out, now that the carpet is dry we can see where it didn't come clean.
