Fast, friendly and budget conscience!
Good communication and reminders from the company. They arrived right when they said they would were very clear explaining things, worked quickly, cleaned up nicely. So far the carpet looks good and I think most of the stains came out. I was surprised- I considered adding an area rug that was wool and it was very expensive so I did not.
The young man was a hard worker and very friendly. The machine broke down twice and it took him forever to do the job! The machine dripped water all over my wood floors that I had to clean up afterwards. I know he was trying very hard and he was frustrated but so was I. A couple of the rooms were very wet but that's probably due to the non-working machine. He also left handprints on my wall as I was paying and he was leaning on the wall. He was working from truck to machine in the rain so I give him credit. I appreciate his hard work but I was so glad to finally see him go!

You came on time you worked hard. You did a beautiful job. Did Graydon getting out our stains and left our house so perfect. We are very well pleased and the worker was so pleasant and so nice. Heidi recommend him.
My carpets were left extremely wet. I had to use a wet vac to remove water from the carpet several hours after it was cleaned.
My carpets have never been so clean.

The carpet is clean and not wet
Cleaning reps have always been professional and efficient. I've been pleased with the end result.
On September 17th, 2024, Noah from Zerorez Springville cleaned the carpets in my whole house. The carpets did not dry quickly, as advertised, and in fact were still wet 2 days.later. I called about it, and a technical supervisor came to my home to check out the situation. He saw that my carpets were indeed still wet. He got three carpet drying fans and they ran for 2 more days. In the meantime, my house was in disarray with area rugs rolled up and furniture moved. I had concerns that the dirty water from the cleaning had remained in the carpet.
I gave Zerorez a poor review because of my bad experience. A rep reached out to me, wanting to make things right and offered to redo the carpet cleaning. On October 16th, Louann from Springville Zerorez came and re-cleaned the carpets. She did a great job, paying particular attention to ensuring that the equipment was working properly. She also did dry sweeps to extract the water. Despite her efforts, some of the carpet, especially on the stairs, didn't dry quickly and were still damp to the touch 24 hours later. Your advertisement of quick drying times is inaccurate in my experience.
I appreciate Zerorez's efforts to make things right with me. However, my house has been in disarray for a month now. And, it feels like a gamble to use you again because I'm uncertain of the results. Again, I do acknowledge your effort to correct my problem, and I appreciate that.

Scratched up my newly painted yet dry bannister with cords. I had asked the person to please be careful and noticed the scrapes after he left.
The vacuuming and drying were done really well. I’m just disappointed he didn’t respect the rest of my space.
