I don't have any issue with your cleaning. I do have issues with the $25 service fee. It's not that your service isn't worth the extra $25; it's just that I look closely at your advertising, and I never see it mentioned until I go to make an appointment. I asked what the fee was for and was told that it is for "leaving the trucks on during the cleaning and driving to the home as well as for the waste that we have to dump out everyday with a special drain that is built and cleaned out monthly which is what we pay so it gets disposed of properly". I have never had this happen with any other carpet cleaning service.
I owned a photofinishing company for 30 years and we NEVER charged a customer to leave our machines running nor for taking care of the chemicals that we put down the drain. I don't think we could have gotten away with doing that. It's a clever idea to have the customer evaluate whether to use your service and if it is what the customer wants to pay and then add an additional amount after he/she has already decided to use ZeroRez (without knowledge of an additional fee).

The results were great and Matthew was very polite. He did a great job explaining the process and was able to remove the pet stains successfully.

Very pleased with the product and the technician, Jack Miller. He was polite, courteous and efficient.
None of the informative calls about the appointment that were said would occur did. Tech tried to reschedule appointment after we waited all day and was put out when I said we couldn't. When he finally arrived, he tried to rush through the appointment and when concerns were expressed he got defensive. It was obvious he just wanted to leave as soon as he could and just half assed the job done. We didn't get the great experience that's always advertised. Lesson learned. Very poor experience and will be shared (already have on Google) with friends and family. Very disappointing overall.

The carpets look the same after the cleaning as it was before. We just had wet carpet. You’ve lost our business. Refund would be appropriate.
Nice guys but too much in a hurry. We had to clean the large spot in the middle of the living room after they left, which we did just fine. Other areas near couches didn’t get done very well. Thanks anyway—no need to follow up.

I explained to the tech who cleaned our carpets my concerns and he spent extra time on those areas.
The carpet looks 10x better. Thank you for extra effort to get the stains out.
My house has four levels, five rooms, a hall, and 19 steps. All this was done within an hour. I believe for the buck, more time should have been spent on traffic areas. I'm waiting to see how the work turns out as I use all of the rooms and stairs.
1. The individual who cleaned my carpets did not wear "booties." I think this is important in helping to keep my home clean when a representative is coming in and out.
2. The invoice the representative texted to me included a line item that read "Free Air Duct Inspection"; however, he said nothing to me about what this inspection was. I have no way of knowing whether he did any sort of air duct inspection and what was learned during the said inspection. I appreciate that there was no charge for this line item, but there was also no communication about it, which leaves me to feel like the representative was not thorough.
The smell that was left behind was horrible the day of service and still remains. All of my kids commented that it smelled like the primate enclosure at the zoo. That is the closest smell that I could relate it to myself. Just seemed like there is no way that it could have been clean and left behind a smell like that. Nothing can be done to make it right since I wouldn’t be using your services in the future.

The carpet was excessively wet. They we clean but wet.
The tech was a nice guy and seemed to be on top of things.
I was not there at the time he arrived, but by the time I got to the home, about 35 to 40 minutes later, he was done and cleaned up and ready to leave.
I'm not sure he was able to do a quality job cleaning 4 nice size bedrooms and a very large family room, (18 x 38) plus stairs in 35 minutes.

This time not too great! You couldn’t spot clean or clean one rug and your guy said he couldn’t get basically any of the spots out of the sofa or soil off the fabric on the bottom which was from aging. Not sure why I had to spend over $700 for 2 rugs and one sectional……no carpeting at all. Very expensive and not done well. Also i am not young but got friend who dropped by to help me move the dining table off of the rug while the Zeroz kid pulled the rug out from under. He didn’t but stood and watched. Later I had to move the heavy table back by myself. It’ll be a long time before I call again. Last year I had tile floors cleaned after never have them cleaned and they didn’t look any different…..especially the grout. Also wouldn’t take the 10% off coupon, but did honor a huge $20.00 off $700+……oh well, I guess I’ve stuck with them for 10 years, but will look elsewhere next time.
There was a stain in one of our rooms (cat barf) by the side of the wall that got missed. When we cleaned it ourselves it cleaned up right away. That just left us feeling like if that got missed, the. What else got missed?
Do a good job. On Time, drys fast.
Gets the carpet really clean without putting shampoo in.
Fair price, and the technician was thorough, didn't just do a rush job.

The carpet is crunchy now, I understand some of the stains can’t come out, such as slime or bleach BUT high traffic areas look actually worse.
