Your doing a great job. My Carpet is very clean after you came and cleaned it.
Some spots I
Pointed out did not cleaned. He said they would never come out. However I used a little spray spot remover and they can come out. I don’t think he wanted to go over it. There is also some yellowing in a few places that are still there. I am not sure if that cs. Be lightened but was surprised he didn’t want to go over those. If u came back could it be a different tech?
We appreciated the quick efficient job done of cleaning our carpets.

I attempted to schedule an appointment, but the communication was extremely slow, taking two weeks to finalize. Frustrated, I eventually called and spoke with someone else to get it scheduled. When the cleaning was done, I was charged for two rooms that shouldn’t have been included, as they were mostly covered by a rug. Additionally, my basement, which isn’t very large, was charged as if it were two rooms—this wasn’t the case in my previous experiences with Zerorez or other carpet cleaners. To make matters worse, the master bedroom and closet were missed entirely. The overall process was disappointing, and I feel we were significantly overcharged.

Love Zerorez. You guys have THE nicest technicians I have ever had clean my carpet. I hope that you can look up the name of my tech and give him a shout out-- he was fantastic, professional, kind, etc. I also love, and employ you guys for the no-chemical approach. My only complaint is cost. I was really taken aback in particular by the 60 dollars per area that I paid for pet treatment. The areas I had treated were very very small, with very minor spots, and I felt like it jacked my bill to a pretty exhorbitant level. That's the only complaint that would keep me from calling again.
I feel like the technician did a good job

The quoting process needs to be refined. The actual work result is good , the technician was good. The price was a large surprise. The added top left a very bad taste in the mouth. I don’t tip the oil change , hvac, auto repair , bus driver, why on earth would I be asked to tip the technician. The tip was only $30 out of a 1,700 bill, but the philosophy of tipping for this service has left me uncomfortable choosing ZEROREZ for future work.

I was thoroughly content with the service I received, after 10 years of not having my carpet cleaned.. I was amazed at how much better it looked after it was cleaned. The hallway was quite soiled but the technician did a great job in bringing it back to life again! Thanks again Zerorez for your expertise in carpet cleaning! I hope to make future appointments for my kitchen tile, couch and loveseat and stairs.
