I specifically asked for spots to be removed. The associate told me that color is typically a stain. Did not volunteer to give it extra time or attention. Some were not removed in two rooms, so I spent time the next day removing them myself, which tells me they weren’t actually stains and made me irritated that they didn’t take the time to clean well.
I also specifically asked for the scrubbing machine to be used on all room entryways as well as the edges of my family room. It was not done and upon talking to someone on the phone from the company, they made it sound like the scrubber should be used everywhere, every time. I’ve never had a cleaner do that. It’s disappointing to learn of a service I should have received after paying $300. It was also disappointing that the employee on the phone didn’t volunteer any solution until I specifically asked for it to be redone at a later date.
Quick, easy, professional and decent price
The team who showed up at our house was very polite, professional, and attentive to our needs. They did a great job cleaning our carpets.
Everything was great - except that I had an ancient cat who didn't find the litter box. I told the technician about it and he did spray some extra cleaner on it and we paid $50.00 extra for it. The problem is that it didn't stop the odor. I realize that cat urine is just the worst when it comes to smell. I am trying some other products on it to see if I can knock down the smell. Other than that, I really liked your services. If you have any suggestions as to how to get this smell out, please let me know. If you want to try again, or refund the $50.00, give me a call.
The technician was very professional and thorough. He was even able to get the stains out of our area rug. I would definitely recommend zerorez to everyone.
There were areas that weren’t done, or weren’t done enough. I trusted Andrew. He did not take me through the house to check the carpeted areas he did. I’m in the middle of moving out of my house, getting my rv running, and under a lot of stress. He was finished in forty minutes with four rooms and a hallway. One room used a gallon of pet treatment. Is that faster than normal? The house does smell better, but areas of carpet still mat down like they’re dirty.
Our carpets look great! After several bad experiences with carpet cleaners, once I discovered Zerorez I will not use anyone else. The service is exceptional and my carpets look amazing, and they stay that way for a long time. I'd strongly recommend Zerorez for anyone wanting clean carpets!
