My carpet were nicely cleaned, but he chipped the molding on the the going around the living room wall. We found one chip but never found the other as he apparently threw it away. Now I have to hire some to out in a new piece of molding and have it painted. I am not happy as well as the expense of getting it replaced. I have used your service several times since moving here from Colorado. I cannot refer you to anyone!

Hayden was the most professional, productive, and amicable worker you have! He worked on his knees to get the tile work done to my satisfaction. He demonstrated great manners and gave good recommendations to give you the best results and service for your money. He deserves a pay raise.

Your guy was too fast getting my carpets done and after 7 years as a customer the last few visits have been subpar! Yesterday my stairs looked terrible still after I spent $360 to clean my whole house full of carpet! your coming back but it just irritates me !

I think our technician Jack did an incredible job. He was efficient with our time so he didn’t take too long, but he was very thorough. We are very happy with how clean our carpet is now. We would definitely consider using Jack and Zerorez again.
