The technician was prompt, polite, well prepared and professional.

I had some concerns about 20 year old carpet on my stairs and a couple of delicate white rugs. They sent me a veteran technician when I asked for one and he did a beautiful job.

I was very disappointed with the job done on my stairs. The hall looks fine.
There are streaks on the stairs that were totally missed. Now, I have places on several stairs where they are clean and streaks of dark where they are dirty. The edge of one stair was totally missed and stands out as a sore thumb when walking up the stairs.

I had you come clean my carpet because there were several spot on the carpet from food, candy and makeup and they were just dirty from use. I had the carpet professionally cleaned because I knew the spots would come out but I didn't have time to work on it myself. I showed the technician all the specific spots of concern. She cleaned the carpets super fast but didn't get all the spots and when I asked upon inspection she said yeah those spots I couldn't get out they are stuck in the fibers. I was able to scrub all of the spots out after she left but I was really disappointed she didn't take the time to make the carpets actually look nice. I spent a bunch of money and still had to do it myself.

I had my carpets cleaned this week and I can honestly say I am SHOCKED with how terrible they look. My livingroom carpet was left with streaks, (new) spots, and whole sections that are discolored. My hallway and into my bedroom is streaked as well. I paid a lot more for zerorez than a typical carpet cleaner and I’m left with carpets that have to be re-cleaned and that sick feeling of being ripped off! Company should be called zero-clean. Never again!

But-----
My carpets were extremely wet--more than in past experiences with Zerorez. It took well over 24 hours for them to out. I had the thermostats turned up and a fireplace going.

It made our carpet looks new and it’s soft and fluffy.

It looks nice now. I'm waiting to see how it lasts.

2. worker added a tip without our authorization
3. ZeroRez advertises low prices then adds a service fee to bring the price back up.

I consider #2 and #3 deceptive practices. If you continue these practices I will not use ZeroRez in the future
