Your specials discount pricing guidelines should be a bit more flexible. My $315 service should have been much less, but “what constitutes a room” limitations force people to get much higher prices options because we don’t fit the mold. I believe this is done in a bait and switch mentality. Your services are good, but you need to treat repeat customers better.

The first guy you sent out did a horrible job and I called and told ZeroRez about it and they sent a girl out this time and she did a fabulous job. We are very happy now.

I paid over $300 for 5 rooms, 1 hall and my stairs. The technician was here for a total of 60 minutes-it should take much longer to do a quality job. The carpet was not clean! It looked the same as before and took over 24 hours to dry. I took my own carpet cleaner out after the tech left and ran it over a few spots... the waste water came out black still. To top it off the technician wore their dirty sneakers while cleaning the carpet.

I am VERY displeased
The service providers you sent were very courteous and helpful. However, once the carpet had dried I noticed a several little spots on the carpet that were red/pink in color and were similar to small pieces of melted wax on the carpet. It took quite an effort for me to eventually get them out. I don't know if there was something wrong with the machine or where it came from. I only know that it was not there when I vacuumed the carpet that morning.

Tile looked slightly better after the second clean but not what my expectations were for how much i paid for
The technicians were helpful and respectful and honest. They could get some embedded pet dander out of the carpet, though, which was disappointing.
Return the money I paid, for starting point. Your product didn’t do much for the heavy traffic areas. As a result, I would not recommend your service
