Aaron was great at explaining the process and answering my questions. After talking about the air duct cleaning and why I was having it done, he showed me the air purifier which I was really excited about. He wasn't pushy about selling it and was very thorough with the air duct cleaning and clean up after.
Zerorez was great to work with! I needed a carpet cleaning company so I googled local carpet cleaners in my area and saw they had a deal going. I texted the number to get a quote and they responded quick. They were booked out till the end of the week so they put me on the cancellation list and got to me sooner. Very pleased with the services. Definitely using them in the future. Thank you. 🙏

The pricing is frustrating because my quote was $522 and after the technicians got there, they trying adding on so many things and wanted to charge $1500 for what they felt needed done. I understand owning a company and up selling but that’s a little much trying to triple the price you’re expecting to pay.
I believe I was over charged, I have never paid that much six rooms, two hallways and one set of stairs. On my bill it shows 3 rooms on deal and then 8 more rooms charged. Screw me once, it is my fault, I will not be screwed again!!!

Areas are streaked and not clean
My carpet is still dirty, doesn't look good at all, I didn't see any pre treatment applied and no brushes were used either as advertised and I was told on the phone while making my appointment,
I would like a more experience tech or 2 to come out and redo the areas that are still badly stained, i hope we can get this done better as I know Zerorez has a great reputation.

The young man seemed like he wass interested in cleaning the rug rather than dust doing A B and C then saying that it was done but he did leave a spor or two that could have used more work.

Get the carpet cleaned the first time. That way you don’t have to come back for a reclining.
