I had carpet cleaned, chairs cleaned, basement stairs cleaned, and recliners cleaned. They did a great job on off of it. They kept me informed of what they were doing, what was left to do, and what to expect. I really appreciated it. The end results were great and I was very pleased with the service.

Great Tech. We’re on time. Carpet was soft and not crunchy when dry. Furniture was and almost sparkling.
You sent out reminders, were helpful, gave estimate job , on time, and did a thorough job of cleaning.

Zero Rez employees are great at their job! Very professional, listened to all instructions to how I needed my carpets done.
My carpet were nicely cleaned, but he chipped the molding on the the going around the living room wall. We found one chip but never found the other as he apparently threw it away. Now I have to hire some to out in a new piece of molding and have it painted. I am not happy as well as the expense of getting it replaced. I have used your service several times since moving here from Colorado. I cannot refer you to anyone!
