The carpet in the doorways didn't get cleaned very well.
The tech was only there for 45 minutes and told me there was a small stain that he “did everything he could” to get rid of. I wasn’t able to see what he was talking about because I couldn’t step on the floors and it was in the basement so I took his word for it and paid him on the spot. When I went down to look at it the next day, the “spot” was a massive area and looked like it had gotten worse after the treatment. The floors still aren’t dry after 36 hours. It pushed back my house selling timeline because I couldn’t let the photographer down there because the floors were still wet and stained. There’s a strange odor in the house now - not the nice odor the technician said would be left. The space is less than 800 ft.² and I was charged $500 to now have a wet, stinky, stained floor. I am regretting my decision to go with ZeroRez and wish I would’ve gone with a company that uses some kind of product that will actually clean my carpets versus just dousing my floors with water. I called to speak to someone about it today and they are going to send someone to redo that room, but honestly, I have very little faith that this will be able to be made right. I can’t believe I spent that much money on something with such poor results. And I absolutely will turn away the technician if it is the same guy that came the first time. I’m holding off on posting a review online in order to give you a chance to make this right, but I have no problem putting this out publicly if this isn’t taken care of appropriately. Not impressed at all.
Friendly, clean and quick.
We like the clean, fresh feeling it gave our home. the technician was very friendly and thorough in his cleaning. He answered our questions and was very knowledgable.

Your guy didn't even do what I paid for. I paid extra for rugs and he totally skipped one that we looked at together and he said no problem. I guess I should have walked the house to make sure that he did the job right but I have been able to trust Zerorez in the past.

Still have spots in our carpet where the puppies had accidents. We paid extra for the stain removal but it didn’t work very well. Next time we will go with another carpet cleaning service.

We have used Zerorez annually for a number of years and still happy with the service.
Zerorez cleaned my off white carpets in my Utah rental property completely. It looks fantastic even weeks later. The carpet was filthy with black food and grime spots covering the majority of the family room. All gone!! Other system or companies I have used in the past showed signs of spots reappearing within a few weeks. Not Zerorez. I recommend Zerorez to everyone now. Happy in my Utah rental and at home in Las Vegas!
The service was excellent and the technician was prompt and did an amazing job.
Prompt service and quality cleaning
Zerorez is easy to schedule. The technician appeared on the date and time scheduled, and completed the cleaning within a 2 hour time frame. He was very helpful, and even went over an area to respray to remove odors.
All three bathrooms tile and grout were not cleaned to satisfaction for the money. The basement was fine given the circumstances but the two bathrooms upstairs were no better post cleaning. I wouldn’t pay to have the tile and grout cleaned in the future based off results.

I have tried countless times to talk to someone, outside of your sales people, about streamlining the reservation process for business/commercial purposes.
