I have used Zerorez several times and I love how everything turns out beautifully ~!! My carpet looks so pretty after the cleaning is done~!!! The only thing that could be a problem is I had the spray to keep the spots down, and my cat licked his paws and he didn't feel great for a couple of days, he seems fine now~!! I might hold off on the spray next time~!!!

I won't use any other carpet cleaning service. Just Zerorez~!

Cordell was great—very kind and did a great job.He even Clorox’d his equipment before bringing it onto my new carpet. I appreciated that so much! You never know where those hoses and equipment have been. I love that there’s no soapy residue and quick drying.

Carpet became wrinkled in one area of the room and the carpet seams became visible in one room. I wonder if the water that was used for cleaning was too hot.

The person who worked on our house was wonderful. He was cheerful, informative, friendly and I feel like he did the best work for us while explaining everything.

There are white marks all over the bottom of my grey painted cabinets where the carpet meets the cabinets. I'm really unhappy about it.

The cleaning in our master bedroom was not adequate. There are spots throughout that did not come clean? I have called and they have had me send pictures but have heard no response? I would certainly like someone to come back and redo our master bedroom. , I am hoping you can make this right.

I was disappointed that the stains in my family room didn't come out as advertised. i know they were old stains but thought they would come out better. The rest of the rooms were fine.

The service was great. The young man who cleaned my carpets was very respectful and polite and did an amazing job. He even cleaned areas that I didn't expect him to. Sadly, I have forgotten his name.
