My carpet and furniture was cleaned last Friday, what a delightful experience, the person who came was well trained, talked over everything her was doing, a delightful young man!
Punctual, professional, good quality of work.
My technicians were awesome! Jacob and Carson were thorough, kind and respectful. They explained things very well and helped me understand why Zerorez truly is the best carpet cleaning service. The results exceeded my expectations. Thank you!
Easy to schedule. Good communication from the team. Efficient and thorough.
The technician was polite, respectful, & did a professional job. Our carpets are 10 yrs old, but look so much better now!
Clean and dries fast!
My technician, Adam Weston, was amazing. I've had employees come to my house before that we're nice and professional, but he went the extra mile. My toddler is extremely shy with strangers, but he warmed up to Adam immediately. He was fast, efficient, and very kind. Would definitely be happy to have again!
I love the way my carpets look snd feel....
This is in response to the follow up visit that was scheduled to remove a spot that showed up after Zerorez cleaned the carpets. The technician came out a second time to clean the carpet, but the spot only got alittle bigger. I had completed a feedback form like this and the lady I spoke with said that they would come out a 3rd time and do the deep extraction. She also said that since the spot wasn't there before Zerorez came out, that you would make it right and would not charge me for the service. The technician again came out on the 22nd and assured me that the spot remover would work and a deep extraction was not needed. I asked him to do the deep extraction and reminded him that I was told that you would not charge me for it. The spot was still there the same as it was before the 3rd visit. I called back to Zerorez and let them know that the spot remover did not work and that they need to do the deep extraction that was supposed to be done on the 3rd visit, but now required a 4th visit. I got a call back saying that you could come out, but I would have to pay for it, this is not was I was told by the person who scheduled the service for July 22nd. I feel that Zerorez is not owning this issue and I don't want to pay to remove the spot they have failed to remove in the previous two visits. This is why I am frustrated and will not recommend Zerorez, eventhough I have been a customer for serveral years.
The one thing I really needed cleaned did work but the crew was here for over 2.5 hours! The whole thing should have taken an hour max. 2 rugs and Vaseline on an ottoman. The ottoman worked! The one rug...I say just okay. The 3rd rug with pet stains was a complete flop.
The kid was a nice kid. Both techs were very nice, explained things VERY VERY VERY well but I couldn't get them to do anything fast and get moving! I had 2 grandkids needing my attention and the appointment dragged on and on and on. When they said they were ready to look at our vents I said no.
I'm not sure not using any cleaning products is the best option either.
good service, punctual, effecient
Clean carpets
They were on time, courteous and thorough.
The tech came early and was very friendly and professional, will use your company again
My stairs were soaking wet when they left and they didn’t dry until the following morning. And, because they were so wet, one of my stairs squeaks now when you walk on it.
I was charged $75 for a spot treatment that didn’t completely get the spot out.
Carpets look great. Very professional.
the quality of the "Clean"
Benson was amazing! He came to clean our 6 kitchen chairs and 3 barstools that were dirty/stained. He was nice, informative, thorough, quick, and was on-time according to my time frame and when he texted me saying he'd be there. Definitely will be requesting him personally next time.
Thank you veary much
There was a spot in the middle of a bedroom floor that they cleaned that was left. While the floor was still drying I was able to clean it up and finalize getting the spot out. I was not able to get this spot out myself before the cleaning happened though.
It took 24 hours for my stairs to dry. I even had the young man go over them again just too sick up the wet.
Jacob was very good about discussing with me what needed to be done and why. He was very professional and the carpets look great!
Maybe I just had higher hopes, but a lot of the marks didn't get removed(we also didnt pay for the premium solution that was offered), the carpet now feels crustier is some areas then it did before, a bunch of cleaning solution or spray ended up on our black furniture(haven't tried to remove it, should come off I think) the high traffic areas look just as old as they did prior. best thing that came out of us was forcing us to de-junk our home.
Hayden was wonderful - great job!
Very Professional Thank you
I was quoted wrong and the tech showed up 1/2 early and nobody prepared me . Just seem like I could have done it my self. The carpets seem dirty still. I just thought they would be cleaner for how much it was.
Unsatisfied with service. Policy is not customer friendly.
Needed to clean urine on a loveseat. Got same day service which was good.
$80 cleaning fee.
$25 tech service fee as a base.
$60 bio fee for urine
$159.97 all in
Service didn’t remove odor. You have a 30 day satisfaction guarantee policy but it doesn’t include more bio treatment.
Was told over the phone that $60 of bio covers an entire 250 sqft room. Tech told me in person they have to use less soap on furniture. No way did we use $60 worth of bio soap the first time around.
But you want me to pay extra for more bio soap on the second free spot clean. It’s policy to charge again for bio.
Customer service rep said they would leave it up to the technician whether they would use more bio treatment. He refused. Still odor in the couch.
I understand what the policy is, no need to repeat it
I think it's reasonable to charge for more bio if I used multiple, or even a single, full 250 sqft bio treatment. But it was made clear to me that I did not. $60 is roughly 250 sqft and the tech told me in person that they have to use less of the treatment on furniture.
I probably used less than half of a full treatment, got charged the full amount, and then was told I would need to pay again.
It's a bad policy and needs to be more flexible for cases like furniture. My couch still smells and I'm still out $160
By the way, the tech told me I should call a different cleaning service to come clean my couch.
You are the cleaning service. Telling me to hire someone else after you guys is an extremely bad look
The last two times I had my carpets cleaned I asked for a deep clean and had the technician do a mediocre job. All of the corners were dry so they didn’t clean the corners and then they didn’t suck all the water out of my stairs so I got some browning on my stairs. Was my carpet cleaner than before, yes but I just wish I had a technician that put a little more effort into the details. Seriously thinking of trying a different company.

Great employees!! Great service!
