Easy to make an appointment. The friendly tech arrives on time and works diligently, getting the work done in a timely manner. Prices are reasonable and the carpet looks really good afterwards.
It is very expensive. My latest cleaning was great but they have been hit and miss. The app does not let you select area rugs.
The employee for ZEROREZ was very precise and worked his heart out to do the job I needed done! He wasted no time in finding out where any spots were did a wonderful cleaning job!
For over a year, I have asked for someone in the business office to call me about setting up a corporate account. I have NEVER received a response from anyone. The carpets were really wet and took a long time to dry. I would also love some help on moving things. I’m older and live alone most of the time so I could use some help. The carpets look nice today. Last time it seemed like some of the stains returned pretty quickly. Don’t know if it was residue or just poor care on my part. Overall, the cleaning is good, the technician was efficient.
When I didn’t him my carpets were clean enough they came back and cleaned them again. Very happy with their commitment and services.
First issue: my visit was scheduled for the 2 pm to 5 pm window. Your service tech arrived at about 11:30 am and no one called to notify me of the change in time. I checked your online reviews and the most common complaints related to the appointment being cancelled and a problem with when the time when your technician showed up.
Second issue: I've had you people clean my carpets on several occasions, the most recent to clean the carpet in a couple of rooms in which my dog had potty accidents. This visit was a repeat of the previous one. Your rep who scheduled my appointment (on the phone) quoted me a price of about $200. As your tech was finish his cleaning job, he mentioned that added carpet protection was available and would cost $180. I opted for this treatment, which took the technician about 10 minutes to perform. I think it would have been appropriate for your rep to also appraise me of this add-on treatment and the price.
I don't appreciate the constant push to upsell extra services- I feel it's already expensive and then it's even more. I also don't like calling the main number (that person spoke english as a second language so was difficult to talk to), it was easier to talk to the local office and I felt the trem did a good job overall.
It was easy to book an appointment online and the price advertised was appealing. I received reminders several times about my appointment, which I appreciated. The associate that came to clean my carpets was very knowledgeable and quick. The carpets look wonderful. I hate to put the furniture back because the house looks so clean and nice. Thank you.

Our carpets were way dirty and zerorez got them looking good and I was amazed there was no bad smell like other cleanings I've done
Time frame was set for afternoon. When i received appt. Reminder call, they gave me a morning window. I said i couldn’t do morning or i needed to reschedule for a different day. Rep. Assured and confirmed it would be in the afternoon between12-4. Techs showed up 11:45 ish. I had to move a lot of furniture by myself so i was not ready. I still had to move something from stair case but they had already started it, even though items were clearly still there. They allowed me to move it, rushing to another area and seemed annoyed to do so. I paid much less total with two other companies - which also included additional pet stain removal. Not worth what i paid. Nice technicians, explained thoroughly, but definitely not 5 star experience.

The 8 is for scheduling I must have confirmed the address with the scheduler 3 times while on the phone with her. Then when I got my confirmation the addresses were wrong and I had to call to have them changed to the correct city. Then when the carpet tech called to come clean the carpets he didn't have the correct unit numbers and I had to provide them again. I am pretty sure getting the address correct is 80 percent of the job.
The person that came to our home was excellent to work with and they did a great job with our carpets.
Initially when I placed my service request I experienced some frustration, which I voiced to the representative. I called from an ad saying 3 rooms for $99. She told me there was an obligatory $25 service fee as well. If there is always that fee, put it clearly in the advertisement so the potential customer knows the amount they need to budget for before they call. Left a really bad taste in my mouth, and I'd be leaving a very differently flavored review.
Fortunately Zerorez has a technician named Matthew. My service window was 2-5 pm. At 1 pm I called to ask for a more precise arrival estimate. I was told there wasn't. I explained that we were clearing out the rooms that needed carpet cleaning and needed the latest arrival time in that window. The representative said they would let the technician know.
Then Matthew called at 2:56. He said he just finished a job and could be to my house in about 10 minutes. I repeated what I told the rep. Matthew said he hadn't been called. He asked how much time I needed. I said at least 45 minutes. He said he would call his dispatch and see what could be done. Matthew called me 20 minutes later, said my house was the very last on the books for the day. He asked if I still needed about 25 minutes. I said yes. He said he would go to bat for me with his boss.
And then he showed up about 25 minutes later. We were almost done, so as he set up, we got it finished. He was so polite and professional. A genuine pleasure to have in our home. Matthew is the reason I will recommend Zerorez. And he did beautiful work. I gave him a tip, I hope you can also reward him.
They were prompt, thorough, friendly, and efficient. So far the carpets look good. Won’t know for sure until I see how the cleaning holds up.
I needed a crew to come back to clean up a stain yours guys had made because they let the extracting tool drain out on the floor during cleanup. The soonest I could schedule it was 10 days later! 10 days!!! The stain was right in front of my front door. It looked like someone had had a disgusting diarrhea accident there, it was horrible! I understand these things happen, it certainly wasn't intentional, the rest of my carpet looks phenomenal. But 10 days before you could get yours guys back to me is unacceptable! Things like this should be an absolute priority, it shouldn't take 10 days!

Not only did the spot not get clean it is worse. I think when they did a treatment that was described as flooding the carpet it made the spot quite a bit larger? Still looks terribly dirty and now it's bigger
No chemicals, quick dry & every time we use Zerorez we are pleased with the job.
I’m not certain what the standard is in the industry so I’ve been hesitant to give this feedback, but there were several spots that I was hoping would receive special treatment as they were discolored, but no special effort was made to eliminate these areas. Everything was just overall cleaned. It was fine in general, I just thought that carpet cleaning would attempt to clean stubborn spots. Also, your technician wearing a skirt sat at the top of the stairs with his legs open and I got an eye full. Didn’t appreciate that.

I like that you don’t use detergent like other companies and your technician was very thorough in his work. He was also very professional and helped with all our needs. We were very happy with the end product and will definitely be using zerorez again.

I have used this company on July 8, 2024 and I was so thankful to my co worker that he recommended this company to me. I was about to change the carpet on my rental property and I knew that it would cause me a fortune. However, I said I will give it a try to get it clean by Zerorez and I did not regret my decision. Zerorez has saved me a fortune, I was so delighted with the result, my carpet looked so clean and the cost is reasonably acceptable for their job well done. I highly recommend this to my circle of friends and I have scheduled another cleaning for my personal house. The staff are also courteous and very professional especially William Kemp, who cleaned my carpet.
