First class cleaning and first class products. We had a very sick pet. Zerorez was able to remove the stains and smell. It looked wonderful. I would have them back in a heartbeat.
Dry quickly and look good
The technician was very knowledgeable and was able to get our some stains that previously were not able to be removed. He was also very personable.

Our carpet was not clean. The tech used the excuse of our carpet being old. it is 10 years old, but if he did not think he was going to be able to clean it, he should have told us upfront and not made a weak effort and then left us with $155.00 charge and dirty carpets.

my living room carpet looks like has never been cleaned esp where carpet meets the hardwood.. i just feel like it was a hury and go job.
All was good but I would have like him to concentrate more on the high traffic areas. Only going over these.areas once didn't get them as clean as they could have gotten with a few more simple passes.

Zerorez's techs were friendly, fast, and knowledgeable.
Usually takes 10-15 to place an order. The last two orders I had to wait for the agent to check with a supervisor to see if previous bills have been paid in order to allow me to place an order. I may place several orders in the same week.
Also, the last order I provided all location information, personal information, and then the agent tells me that I have to be processed by another agent because she doesn't handle the state I am in.
Used to be very easy to use ZeroRez. Have been using you exclusively since you started this business. Now is almost always a frustration to place an order. As soon as I find a decent alternative, I would move away from your company.
The gentleman that took care of our air duct and our dryer vents was very nice and super friendly. You guys already do our carpets so when your carpet guy recommended you, we immediately called and you were Better than most places. We will be back!

The good part is that I did notice that your treatment on stain protectant DOES last longer than other cleaners! So that is noticeable, and that is why I called you back a 2nd time.
The bad part is that your advertising is DECEPTIVE!!! It is INACCURATE and is a LIE!
We can NOT get 4 rooms by paying only $99. You add on the $25 “service fee”! Ha! What a joke! Service fee? Your whole business is a service! What “extra” service do you give us for that extra charge of $25? Just another way to stick it to us, and squeeze more out of us! The $25 should be rolled into whatever price you claim to offer, If you need to charge $125 for 4 rooms, just SAY IT that way!! BE HONEST!!!
I want to PAY $99, NOT $125. And I would rather have THREE rooms for $99 than pay $125 for 4 rooms. Get it?? So your deceiving advertising makes me feel less comfortable on TRUSTING your company, since you try to slide by in a sly conniving way. And further - do you think your customers are really that stupid?? What an insult!

Our carpets felt so new and clean after the treatment that we got rid of the area carpets we had just bought to cover up the old. Also the service man was so friendly and fast we decided we wanted to have the service yearly. In the past I’ve cleaned my own carpets to save money but I was so impressed with the results I decided this was worth the cost. And besides the “cleaner” carpet not only looked better it felt better to walk on barefoot. Loved the results.
