Jaren was very nice. But honestly the stains are still there and it doesn't seem like it was a very good cleaning. The basement looks about the same. I am going to try by renting a carpet scrubber to get the stains out.
I like the no residue
Zerorez does a great job cleaning my carpet.
Not bad, but tech ran out of spot cleaner he said so there was still some spots left. He said he ran out half way through ? He left me some spot remover so I could hit them myself. I wound have preferred him to just do it while he was here. It’s what I was paying for 😊. Maybe a bit of cost reduction would help to make yo for it. Thought it was strange to run out cleaner. Honestly think he could have got it better if he had more solutions. Nice guy though, I liked him
I was not thrilled when he came 2 hours early. He blamed it on scheduler but doubt it. It only took 15 minutes for $124 ! A coupon I was sent said $99 for 3 rooms but I was charged more for just 1 room because that is the only carpet I have and one rug . The coupon seemed like false advertising.
Did a good job. It's starting to get too pricey for my budget. I still have one of those orange corner protectors left here by mistake. You can come and get it if you want.
Jacob and Courtney did an amazing job! They began by walking through all of the areas with me. They looked at (and smelled) every little stain, and then recommend a course of action. They weren't pushy on any upgrades and answered all of my questions. They then cleaned all my carpets in one hour. They removed stains that previous carpet cleaning companies had not been able to remove! My carpets look brand new again!!! Thank you, Zerorez, Jacob and Courtney for helping me to love my carpets again!

We have 2 cats, so I loved that the technician checked for any unexpected pet accidents before getting started. Carson was professional and informative about what he would be doing. He was great at making sure no corners were scuffed and treated my home with respect. My carpet looks and smells amazing again.

Our tech was great and very helpful.
The technician arrived early and did a great job in about 2 hours. He was also able to move furniture slightly to be able to clean under it. Some furniture was too heavy and immobile so we told him to skip those pieces. It was a lot of work for us to move furniture to prep our home but it was totally worth it.
Zerorez gave me candid advice about me not needing an additional service for pet cleaning, saved me money. And they were prompt and did a full professional cleaning with what I did need, three rooms. Great communication these folks!

The product used for cleaning was not a harsh chemical smell. The technician was very thorough and quick. My carpet smells and looks so clean. I would recommend this company to anyone!

That your product is non-toxic. Cameron, your technician, was very personable and respectful. He explained that because my carpet is older, high traffic areas might not come totally clean.
Jacob was great at explaining the issues and being very transparent on pricing, the service, etc. The cleaning was doing very well and was better than we were hoping for. I would recommend Jacob and Zero Rez without hesitation.
The first technician didn’t remove all the stains in the carpet was quite wet even eight hours after cleaning. When the second technician, Hayden came, he was able to remove the stains in the carpet, dried much faster. He did a great job. And explained everything very well.
Can and cleaned three rooms
We noticed a significant problem with our stairs the night after our morning's cleaning: there are new color streaks up and down our stairs. I called and left a message that night, and called three times the next day, and sent pictures as requested, but still no indication that zerorez is going to check out our concern. Also, several spots remain in our upstairs carpet that we had prioritized. In short, I feel our " 30 day love it" guarantee is not being honored. I'd like a response to our request and either an attempt to correct the new streaks or a refund in the amount that would allow us to hire another company to redo the trouble spots. Please don't leave us in the dark.

The last two times I had my carpets cleaned I asked for a deep clean and had the technician do a mediocre job. All of the corners were dry so they didn’t clean the corners and then they didn’t suck all the water out of my stairs so I got some browning on my stairs. Was my carpet cleaner than before, yes but I just wish I had a technician that put a little more effort into the details. Seriously thinking of trying a different company.
