Technician was very detailed and super thorough in his cleaning
I had a rental home cleaned and was happy with that. I then did my personal residence and after the cleaning a 6 inch spot showed up, that was not there before. You came back and treated the spot, but it is still there, very prominent. it is frustrating to have a spot that wasn't there before the cleaning.
You do good work. You guarantee your work.

I love the water only concept. I love the non-residue process. The technician that came yesterday (Adam) was so kind. And I could tell he was really wanting me to be pleased with his service, and I was more than happy with the end result. He worked hard and quickly and got even more done than I was expecting in less time than usual. He went the extra mile in every way and it meant a lot that he genuinely cared so much about my satisfaction with the job done.

We loved his work ethic and how he accommodated our needs, but Riley was a bit frustrating. My husband paid, but was unable to add a tip via texted bill. I tried to call in and add the tip, but Riley had canceled the transaction with my husband. Finally, the office was able to get it all straightened out.
There were still some dirty streaks on my sofa after cleaning
Zerorez does a fantastic job cleaning my carpets. They were able to get out some longstanding stains a few visits ago and my carpet has looked good ever since. They are also very good at communicating with me about options and listen to my concerns and requests. I'll use them again in the future for sure.
Initial quote was really solid but once they came out to the house the cost went way up

It took a long time for them to get started. He talked a lot. And the carpet was wet for a long time. Longer than 10 hours. I don’t think they sucked up enough of the water. But everything smelled great and was clean.
I don’t understand why cleaners wear shoes when clean carpets… my technicians did this. Could they wear booties on their shoes next time? Is there a reason why they don’t?
My carpet looks like new after the Zerorez team cleaned it.…..there’s no sticky residue left afterwards and the dry time was only 4hrs. The two gentlemen cleaners were very conscientious and polite. I’ve been using them for years and will never use any other company.
These guys did a wonderful job. They helped identify some stains I couldn't see with the naked eye on some rental properties I have. Well done!
The young men cleaning our carpets were professional, explained everything correctly, and fast. They respected our home and also did a great job of getting the pet urine smells (that have been there 2+ years from a previous homeowner) completely out of our carpet.
A carpet cleaner was used after your cleaning was done and it showed really dirty water.
The over all cleaning was great! My carpet hasn't look this clean in a long time, and it's a much better cleaning than I've had done by your competitors. I even left your guys a tip. My complaint is that your cleaners made a stain in the carpet that wasn't there before. The extractor was left to drain a significant amount of filthy water back into my carpet right in front of my front door. I called the next working day and learned that I wasn't able to get your guys back to clean up your mess for 10 days! That's way too long for such a small stain! This type of thing should be your absolute priority! Why wouldn't your make it a priority to have an initially happy customer stay happy with your job?

Jacob and Courtney were awesome. They showed us the bacteria in our carpet with their cool flashlight. The tech that was in our home just two days earlier never used the flashlight. Jacob and Courtney were very professional.
Our carpets were wet for over 24 hours, had an odd smell and still looked dirty.

The rating of 0 is a mistake. I hit the wrong number. I was aiming for 8. So sorry. The reason I gave an 8 rating is because my stairs were left sopping wet. We used three giant bath towels to sop up the excess water which probably soaked up the stain protector. So that's a bummer. But other than that, everything looks great! Thank you!

Zerorez was great! We have very light carpets and animals and a toddler. They were so dirty. In under an hour, Zerorez got them looking brand new! There was no sticky residue at the end and they were dry in a few hours! We also had some urine stains that they got out completely. I’ve used other carpet cleaning companies before and none of them were able to get my carpets looking this clean. Thanks Zerorez, we are converts!
