Will, the technician was awesome! I felt like he was very thorough and both describing his work and accomplishing the work. The only challenge is that steaming tile left white residue all over my dark brown grout and so I had to do my own cleaning and scrubbing afterwards.

It was easy to book. Our technician Noah was awesome! Really felt like he heard me and got ever nook and cranny! He wasn’t pushy to upsell anything, but gave me all the information I needed and I still added an extra room.
He cared a lot, even put on covers for his shoes and was great! Highly recommend!

Came in the same week I called to set up the appointment. Technician was very nice. One of my area rugs warped mildly after it dried (refuses to lay flat, bubbles in the middle and ripples on an edge), but the other did not. Both are 1 year old from Costco with only light usage. I'm not sure why the one rippled... so that's my one hesitation and why not a 10/10, but the carpets and stairs were cleaned well and dried well.
Technician was very thorough and followed my instructions (ie - turn off all lights in basement when you are done)

The carpet protectant on our stairs took 4 days to dry - wasn't expecting that. Everything else took about 1 1/2 days.

I was very disappointed in our most recent service. Some areas look worse and some areas look like the dirt was smeared around instead of cleaned. The technician arrived before the appointment time and was finished with 4 areas in about 30 minutes. I asked questions about some areas and he assured me it was the best he could do.
Your service person was very friendly, he remembered that he had been to our home before, he was very neat and cleaned up after himself, and, most importantly, he knew what he was doing.
I had your technicians clean the tile in two showers. I assumed that if the tile was cleaned, there would no longer be water spots on the tile, but I was wrong. One of the main reasons I hired out the job was to fix that.
The cleaning was fine. I wish the tech could have focused a bit of extra attention in a couple areas I pointed out, but I saw they just went over it as quickly as everywhere else. The cost using a “coupon price” felt kinda deceptive as well. $99 quickly turned into $300 with very minimal actual work being added.

I was charged more than original quote when all information was given. I’m super disappointed with the amount I was charged and to make it tight I would like refunded for the extra cost.
I hired Zerorez initially for the purpose of removing pet odor from my carpets, due to my recently deceased cat. While not a guarantee, I paid $120 to have the odor eliminator applied to my carpets. No noticeable cleaner air could be detected, so Zerorez graciously offered to return. Upon return one week later, I was told I could not, in fact, have the odor eliminator applied once again without be charged an additional $120. Perhaps it was a misunderstanding, but that was the entire reason for requesting a re-do on my carpets. Therefore, the odor still remains.
