Great service
Easy scheduling, Fast service and reasonable prices when using a coupon.
I don't think the young man who came here was terribly experienced. He didn't ask enough questions and I didn't give him necessary information. My carpeting is coming up in a high traffic area. That's probably not his fault.More like it's mine for not telling him it's a delicate spot. I did not think he was very thorough. Places that I expected him to clean.He did not.
I don't want anyone to come and "try and make it right." I felt like f$500 was a lot of money particularly for the job that was done. He's a very nice young man. I just think he isn't very experienced in carpet cleaning. He did a good job in the areas he cleaned. Yesterday I gave a good report because I hadn't walked on or looked around carefully.
I have only had Zerores clean for me in the last fifteen years. I will have to think about it for another time.

Zero rez typically does a good job for me. However, after the technician left this last time, the room smelled of dog pee, and it smelled for several days. This has never happened before with zero rez. Also, I knelt down on the wet carpet and after standing, I noticed the knee on my pants had a faint yellowish spot where I had kneeled. The carpet was obviously not thoroughly clean.
John was very pleasant and knowledgeable about his job. He was very efficient, consciencious about his work and making sure we would be safe walking from wet carpet to tile. We appreciated that. He was very thorough and quick. His instructions for drying were good and we were prepared for the length of time he said it would take. Thank you John for your good service.
Parker was so professional, efficient, knowledgeable, and polite. He informed me on what he would be doing and gave me a call when done to let me know how it went. I will definitely use your service again.
The very dirty carpet is clean and the guy that did the job was very pleasant and efficient. He suggested a treatment for keeping the carpet cleaner since I have a cat and a dog.

The young man that came to do our carpet was wonderful and explained everything in full. He spot sprayed areas and then he cleaned the carpet.

My carpets look great and the man that cleaned them was great.
The carpets are always clean and do not have a horrible citrus scent. The technicians are always very professional and explain what options are suggested based on arriving and accessing the carpets.
Our rep did a great job
The cleaning came out very well. I would say that it was the best carpet cleaning that we have had in the last 5 years.
I was amazed when the manager came, responding to my earlier complaint, and quickly fixed 90 percent of the brown spots left by the first guy (who also worked as hard as possible to clean my carpets). The manager REALLY knew what he was doing and saved the day. Kudos to Zerorez for fixing the problem!

I have used Zerorez for years and will continue to do so because they always do a good job. And if, by chance, you need to schedule a recleaning of an area(s), Zerorez stands by its word and will come out right away and make it right. I have only needed to do that once in all the years they have cleaned my carpet -- still same carpet, and still in very good condition.
The techs are always pleasant and considerate, too.
