Zerorez is a reliable and high quality carpet cleaner. Their employees are professional and helpful and polite and do fantastic, efficient work.
I had my carpet cleaned on October 2. I told the technician about a stain on my kitchen carpet. He said it would come out. It is still there.

We have used Zerorez for many years and continue to benefit from their outstanding service. We met Will a couple of years ago when he came out to resolve a problem. He was professional and committed to making everything right. There was no criticism of the previous technician, just an excellent explanation of what caused the problem. He quickly resolved the issue and wanted to make certain it was to our satisfaction. We have requested him to do our carpets since that time. Our most recent cleaning was masterfully accomplished and his direction of his assistant showed a unique desire that he learn to do the very best job possible. On time and professional
My husband watched the cleaning and was impressed with the way the gentleman explained everything. I slept (covid long timer on oxygen) so I didn't see him after the cleaning. My husband, cheapskate that he is, did not tip. I really feel bad about that. He did a really good job and if there is a way to give him a well deserved tip, please let me know.

We always use zerorez they are always quick and on time when they come for the service and can usualky get you in for an appointment that week which we sometimes need when we used them to clean the carpets at our rentals! Always recommend to family and friends when someone needs their carrpets cleaned!
The price seemed really high for the amount of time the technician took to complete the job - just about an hour. He was very kind and informative, very honest about the condition of one of the rugs. The price just seemed like a lot for not much work.
Our technician was excellent. He cleaned and protected in a short amount of time and got out stains other techs weren’t able to remove. H E was pleasant and efficient and very capable.

I like how the carpets are not too damp after the Zerorez cleaning process. I really like the 30 guarantee as well. Tech guys do a great job, the protective spray after cleaning seems to be helpful.

I have an area that was stained from spilled milk. This stain remained after the Zerorez carpet cleaning was done. The rest of the carpet looks ok, but the milk stain is still there, looks just like it did before the cleaning was done.

It was quick and the employees were efficient, professional, and friendly. They could clean 10-year-old carpets and remove stains that had been there for at least 5 years. The carpets look brand new! I highly recommend Zerorez!
