My carpets haven't looked this good in a very long time! The representative who came to clean my carpets was not only good at the actual cleaning, he was great at explaining what he would be doing and answering my questions. He was careful with my home and thorough with the cleaning. I'll be using Zerorez again!

Did not get the carpets as clean as it has in the past. I had to pay an extra $30 to get the results I was expecting. 3 rooms in 45 minutes seems like she went to fast, over the carpets.

They were good to get back in touch. Got scheduled quickly. The carpet cleaner was very nice. Was informative. Explained Things beforehand. I was pleased with the cost.

The technician took the time to make sure my carpets were properly cleaned, they actually look brand new, and did so in a timely manner! I love that I don’t have to smell the toxic perfume in some of the carpet cleaning products. Thank you!!

She was really thorough and the carpets dried really quickly. They were almost completely dry when she left right in the middle of winter it was really nice.

Prior to moving into our home, I had our carpets cleaned by Zerorez. The technician was very responsive and helpful as I was not able to be there in person. However, upon living into our home, the carpets just didn’t feel that clean. I decided to take my own personal carpet cleaner and clean just the carpet in our babies room. The results were surprising. The water extracted from my carpets by my personal carpet cleaner was black. It makes me wonder how well the carpets were actually cleaned, which is frustrating when you pay over $500 for the cleaning.

You tech Ben showed up more than 2 hours early and insisted he had to clean right there and then.
We were not ready for him and because we needed another half hour to clear our basement of a class we were holding he refused to clean our basement and a different tech had to show up and do the job.
Zero accountability from Ben for messing up everything.
The carpets were cleaned and have turned out great, but Ben soured the entire process for me.

The initial quote over the phone for 4 rooms was so much lower than I ended up paying. A service fee should be included in that initial fee. I feel like that is a little misleading and I rather have a company be upfront right from the beginning. I still ended up booking because I needed my carpets done and the service was fine.... just be more upfront with pricing.

We love everything about Zerorez it really gets the dirt and stains out we do wish the price were better.

I was very impressed with my carpet cleaning experience and the technicians who rendered this service.

Very nice cleaning. We don't worry about our pets because there are no toxins in the cleaning product. The tech did a nice job. The only complaint I have is that the tech wore his shoes and said he couldn't put on shoe covers due to insurance. It doesn't make a lot of sense to have your carpets cleaned and then have the tech walk all over them with shoes, especially for us because we are adamant about not wearing shoes in the house, at all. I think you need to invest in some slip-resistant disposable shoe covers for the future.

From the commercials, I was anticipating to have no residue, but my carpet was crunchy after the cleaning like other carpet cleaners. The Benicia were nice and quick, but it was not what was expected.

The carpet had a wet carpet smell for weeks after.
