The technician was great she worked really hard. The carpets looked amazing. I am feeling betrayed by your pricing. I was quoted 184.00 on line to make the appt and then quoted 210.00 on the verbal pricing but then was charged 225.00. not very transparent. Or felt like bait and switch. I will warn my friends and family of this when they decide to make their appts in hopes they can avoid this.

It’s gotten so expensive! We recently had a dog die that had kidney issues and had peed in a certain room multiple times. The tech walked me around my house with a blacklight showing me what disgusting people we are then asking for $75 per spot (there were like ten supposedly??). Like the average person can afford a $750 surcharge to remove urine? As it was, we paid the $120 “bacteria” removal so it won’t stink. The stains are still there but now I’ve waived my right to have another pass at it. Kids’ makeup didn’t come out at all, and there was a spot of toothpaste in a kid’s room that just turned into a gobby mess that someone stepped on and tracked all over. Like, I could’ve gotten out toothpaste but figured after paying nearly $500 it would have gotten taken care of. Literally I could replace my carpet for the cost of the carpet cleans I’ve had done by zerorez in the last three years. I feel like the first time I used your company they did a good job but the more loyal of a customer I became the more I was upsold, overcharged, and left feeling disappointed in the cleaning job. As a mom of four young kids, it takes me literally all week before to move furniture, rugs, etc. in prep so I am just overwhelmed at the thought of having someone come back and do it again so soon. I’ll be finding a different company for next time.

I spoke with two different people when scheduling my service (on the first call, I didn't have all the information that was needed). The ladies who helped me were kind and knowledgeable. Jack Miller was the young man who showed up to clean the carpets. I explained exactly what I wanted which he was more than willing to accommodate. Jack made sure to cover any issues that might occur with my area rug and specific spots I had on my carpet prior to beginning the work. I felt the pricing was more than fair, and Jack did a fantastic job. Jack stayed to made sure I had no trouble in paying with my credit card. (Jack was amazingly patient with someone who is older and doesn't necessarily understand new technology,) My rugs look great and dried quickly. It was great to deal with a company such as Zerorez which has fair pricing and does a great job. I hope all interested parties have the privilege of working with someone like Jack Miller.

My technician was very knowledgeable and polite. He did the job efficiently and explained what steps he was taking along the way. The carpet cleaned nicely (the upstairs is much older) and some traffic patterns will still be visible, which I knew would be the case. I would recommend Zerorez to my neighbors and friends. When i scheduled the appointment was told that the risers on the stairs would be cleaned along with the edges of the carpet at the wall. The risers were cleaned but not very well and some of the stairs still have some stains on them. the carpet edges did not seem to be cleaned at all. the technician said he would concentrate on traffic paths but those also did not come very clean. I have used your company exclusively for many years and this is the first time I have been so disappointed . Several stains were missed. Not sure what you can do or will do to make it right other than offering to look at the carpet and determine what can be done.

The two cleaners were professional and went right to work. They worked hard throughout their time in my home. I was pleased with the outcome.

Big dirt puddles surfaced even before it dried. I hoped they would lighten - they didn't. It also took two days to dry.

The reminders are great. The call to say the tech is on the way is so helpful. The guys have all been so nice and accommodating. They are very careful but, fast and detail oriented.

I paid double of what I usually pay to get my carpets cleaned using your company. I was charged $400 extra ($200) for two of the five rooms, on top of the cleaning fee for some type of pet treatment. My carpets are not clean. One would think that being charged $242 dollars per those two rooms, my carpets would be much cleaner than they are. I am extremely disappointed in your service. Unfortunately, I have your company scheduled for a Duct cleaning on Monday as my carpets were cleaned on Friday. Your advertising on KSL radio drew me in and I gave you a chance. Never again.
