The carpets I had cleaned look great. The carpets were almost completely dry by the evening of the same day they were cleaned. I'm well satisfied.
The carpet looks good and the carpet tech was very nice. He uses the black light to check for animal urine and showed me a few spots in the living room and bedroom . I believe the cost was about 50 per ro the treat. I had the living room done. It wasn't sold on the cost and effectiveness. Two days later I bought a black light and found the same spots that he pointed out. I used some enzyme cleaner and scrubbed both spots. Nothing changed
So I don't know how true or effective the black light is or if it works, how would one know. So I am disappointed in the extra cost with out peace of mind. and you can't say maybe the animals peed again. They didn't.
I won't have that process done again. RIP off

We mostly liked Ethan who explained the process so completely and who prepared us for the fact that some areas of wear would not be completely like new. We were hoping that some of them would clean up better. But I do like the idea of very little film, if any, would be left on top of the carpet. Ethan was so friendly and nice to us. Thank you!

The cleaning didn’t seem to do anything for my carpets. They are still very dirty with stains on them. I feel as if the tech went too fast and did not take his time. If carpets had been passed over 2-3 times I think that would have helped. I’m very disappointed to pay all that money for no results
Didn’t get all the stains out and the high traffic areas are still matted, almost like they hadn’t been done. The stairs do look better but not like they are really clean.
I had some stains on my carpet. The cleaning process brought stain to the top of the fibers and spread them out over a larger area. The carpet looked worse after cleaning. I was able to remove most of the stains with my home carpet cleaner.
I like that the cleaning does not involve soaps and does not leave soups in the carpets.
I have used Zerorez a number of times and been happy with the cleaning.
Their prices are healthy by comparison to shampooing, but hey have always done a good job.

The pricing was unclear especially after there changes at the time of the service. These changes were not clearly reflected on the bill. Also, and most imoprtantly, after the carpet dried, it appeared worse than before, because there were clean lines and patches that were still grey. The lack of uniformity from the cleanliness makes the carpet look unpleasent. It doens't set a good tone for quality of work overall. I don't think I'd want to use Zerorez again.
