You have been out twice and the carpet looks the exact same.
We are very happy with the services provided! The team arrived a little early and was patient with us as we finished up with the prep work. The carpet looks great and we plan to use your services again. We had one spot that needed a retreat and you quickly got us scheduled with no hassle.

We have used Zerorez for most of our carpet cleaning services. We have been pleased with the personnel and service. Other companies offer comparable service for less cost so I wait for specials offered by Zerorez.
I was told that I would receive an invoice by email for services performed Friday, 4 April. I have not yet received that.

The price was expensive, higher than the last few years. Also there was one room with carpet that was obviously scrubbed but the dark wouldn’t come out. Now there are whiter-than-the-carpet blotches among the gray. I’d like it to be fixed if possible, or get a partial refund. The other carpets look quite nice by

It really did not clean our carpets like if it was done with a steam cleaner.
I paid $325 for a soak to try and get some animal urine out of the carpet. I came back the next day and the carpet looked the same as before it was treated. I talked to a couple experts who cleaned carpets after and they said you can’t get urine like that out the carpet just needs to be replaced. I’d like a refund for the $325 because I’m still paying to replace carpet. The other portions of the carpet that had normal treatment looked good.

I've never had a better job! The tech got out wear/traffic stains that have been there for years. I booked an appointment years ago for this same problem. It helped it a little, but this time it looks like new. Great job!

I love that the carpet stays clean longer than with other carpet cleaning services. We have people who work outside on the carpet frequently, and they track in a lot. Most sweep up fairly easily.
