Some of the preparations that you require are hard to accomplish because of age or physical disability like furniture moving. Some cleaning companies will help move furniture.
She called 45 minutes early to let me know she on the way. Here on time very friendly. Asked if they did area rugs give me info on that. Very happy with the service.

I’ve used ZeroRez three times now for carpet cleaning. Each time I have been totally satisfied by the professionalism and care of the cleaning technician. The service is easy to book and manage, and communication is extremely clear so that expectations are set before any cleaning even happens. I expect to be a long-term customer!

Y’all say your carpet cleanings are a percentage dryer than competitors. This cleaning was completed Friday and having fans running 24 hours a day carpet is finally dry Sunday morning.
Pet area treated with pet treatment is still smelling like pet urine. Coming back to retreat the area may be helpful.

Scheduling for the carpet cleaning was very easy and the communication from the company on the time and date were excellent. The two cleaners that came were very professional and were able to understand what needed to be done per my request. They answered all my questions well. They were done very clean and neat and quick.

The carpets looked amazing. Very happy with how clean they look. Our tenants also had a dog that made it stinky and after the carpet are cleaned it smells way better.
1. The technician's shoes stained our wood floors and the tile in the bath. I had to clean the floors by hand afterward.
2. The stairs were so wet after cleaning that it took 18 hours to dry.
3. The technician left without even telling me he was done.
4. The technician did not have enough wall corner protectors, so some of walls were marked up.
The experience this time was much worse than the last visit.
They made sure I was satisfied with their work.
