Everything was fine. I was just expecting the carpets to get a bit cleaner. They were about as clean as I got them with my Bissell cleaner. But we'll see if the scotch guard helps.

Isaac did a thorough, diligent job of cleaning my carpets! He was professional, knowledgeable and personable. I liked how he used a black light to show me "invisible" pet spots in the carpet and how he really worked the bad spots. Carpets look fantastic!
You had to come back as you did a poor job the first time. And you know this!

As I age, it gets harder to move things by myself - May need to look for other carpet cleaning options in the furure!

I really like the cleansing process. When Zerorez has done my carpets, they have looked great when finished; not like other methods which have not seemed to really clean my carpets effectively and had the fresh look. With Zerorex, they look and feel clean! Their reps that come to your home/s are professional, courteous and focused on the job at hand.
The floor was damp, but not extra wet, so it dried quicker. The cleaning seemed good.

On time, lots of advanced notices, very clean, and organize.
Fast and efficient workers. They came the same day as I called them up. The men were kind and polite, and the carpet a day later still looks amazing. They were able to get the spots out and make my home look even better.
I was told there is a 30-day guarantee.
Once "specialist" arrived he insterted himself into a altercation happening outside with my neighbors & pulled a knife on one man. He continued to argue & partake in the yelling. He was not focused on cleaning my carpets. I had to give him a pep talk, as my neighbor wanted to call the police.
There is still an odor, I called your company and they said the 30-day guarantee is only for a basic cleaning not the pet treatment & suggested they send out another "specialist" but I would need to pay additional for deep cleaning.
If you have a "specialist" that evaluated it correctly & focused on the job not drama it would've been done right the first time.

Everything professionally performed. Returned to cleaned a very small missed spot.
We had grout cleaning and area rug cleaning. The cleaning left a white powdery residue all over my floor that I had to clean up after the cleaning was done. It was very messy and I wasn't told in advance that it would leave my floors so dirty.
2 technicians was the key to 1-1/12 hour appointment and the dry time was good since it is winter ... the guys were polite, on time and in and out

The techs were on time. Very cordial, greeting me with a handshake. That's a lost art!
They explained everything they were doing. They cleanned up any messes they made (minimal). They were VERY courteous, kind and cheerful. Ironically, I've known one of the techs since he was born. I did not know he worked for Zeroez!
I feell very good about the job they did and how clean my house is. I was horrified to see how much lint came out of my dryer vent. That was a fire waiting to happen! I feel safer now, thanks to Zerorez.
