the cleaning system is superior
The gentleman, Casey, did an excellent job at cleaning my carpets. I recommend him and will call to have him do it again!
First cleaning with Zerorez: Technician did not do a thorough job and also left marks on my dark cabinets from his equipment. We had to ask for a follow-up visit to address the stains that remained, requesting a different technician. A new tech came and got out the stains the first guy left. Don't know why we used Zerorez again after that...
Our second cleaning was much better as we asked for a different technician. He did a wonderful job. So we booked again.
This third and most recent cleaning:
When I booked the cleaning, I asked that we NOT have the first technician come, as we feel he did not do a great job. As described above, we weren't satisfied with his work. They sent him this time again anyway -- even after a specific request that he not be sent.
We again had to request a follow-up because there were 3 stains he left behind and the stairs were not cleaned completely. The new technician (Jack) was able to get out the spots the first one left and he cleaned the stairs and they look almost new. Jack was incredible. But why were my requests to not have the first guy back ignored? Surely you can do better.
Hoses were dirty and left brown marks on the edge of stairs. Prespray was sprayed all over my nightstand and side of bed. Technician locked and closed the bedroom door and we had to call maintenance to have them unlock the door (we had to wait several hours). Charged for treatment that wasn’t applied. Called the office to discuss these issues and they said they would call me back, but never did.
Clean carpets & dry time.
The carpet looks good and dried relatively quickly. I added an area rug to the request when the technician arrived. I checked the rug after I paid and the tech was leaving. Half of the rug wasn’t even the slightest bit damp and the other half was only slightly damp. It doesn’t look like it’s been cleaned at all. I’ve had Zero Res clean this rig in the past with much better results. I’m definitely not satisfied with how this cleaning went.
We like the way the carpet feels and looks after you clean it.

When I moved an area rug preparing our living room to be cleaned, the carpet was definitely two colors and the outline of the rug was clear in the middle of the room. I appreciated that Riley gave extra attention to some edges of the carpet right next to the laminate floor of the kitchen and those parts of the carpet looked significantly better and still do. The carpets didn't take too long to dry and when they did, my oldest daughter kept commenting "The carpet is so soft!" When the service was complete, the living room was virtually the same color again.

Scheduling was terrible
The kids were friendly/courteous. They did warn me that the color of the stains on my carpet wouldn't be much different but I don't think they let the pre-treatment sit long enough to do any good (nor was the volume of pre-treatment enough). We had used zerorez many years ago and we're super impressed with how much time they spent and how much they got out. Your cleaning routine has changed though.
After they left I pulled out my system (which is labor intensive and why I wanted it professionally treated) and pulled out many of the stains that they left :/
I wish I had started with my system and then had them come so the drying time wasn't as long as with my system.
Even though it took me longer I was able to tackle it and get it looking much better on the stained areas and overall!!!
I paid extra for them to do stairs even though they weren't horrible, they needed it. But again, I felt disappointed. it looked like they pulled the dirty water forward but didn't bother going over the edge so there's streaks of dirty carpet in random areas on the stairs O_o
You could definitely change things up a bit maybe offer somebody to go in first to pretreat (and use a better system then a handheld sprayer) and then wait before the actual scrub.
