I could quickly get an appointment online, your service people called about arriving early, the job was done quickly and done very well.
They were quick to schedule my cleaning, they came on time, & quickly cleaned my carpets. They look gr8 & were very reasonably priced.

A soiled area on my carpet turned orange. The worker returned to redo it and still it's no better. My carpet is ruined! I'd like to send a photo to your company. It cost me $300 to clean and now we will have to replace the carpet... large room 15 x 30.
I've had good results before with your company. It seems like somehow there should be something done to make emends for this disaster.
There were some spots I feel were missed and could have been cleaned better. I wasn't extremely pleased with the way the carpet looked after it dried.
