I have used Zerorez for several years and I am always delighted with their work!
The technician didn't have very good hygiene and seemed more concerned about making me sign waivers for the services that I didn't want or for parking in my driveway than he was about cleaning my carpets. I did appreciate that he arrived early and completed the job very fast but it that also made me wonder if he did a quality job on the carpets. He told me it would take about 2 hours, but he was done within 1-1/2 hours. He left my door wide open which let in a lot of flies. I felt the customer service aspect of the appointment was lacking. The carpet cleaning tubing was dragged across my wood floors. Nothing was scratched, but that was just lucky. There should be a way to protect your customers wood flooring from scratches when the tubing needs to be pulled through the house.
We are extremely satisfied with how amazing our carpets look and how many stains he was able to remove. They look and feel great. My husband didn't think they would look much different, but he was very pleasantly surprised and keeps talking about it days later. Thank you!

They need to be honest if the carpet doesn’t have remedy to don’t do the service . My townhome was cleaned by you guys and then when they did the inspection the carpet didn’t look good then it needed to be replaced anyways. You guys charged me the full price with the bio cleaning and I stuck with the 400.00 payment out to you and the carpet replacement too.

One quick pass over the carpet will not and did not clean it. I would think any skilled carpet cleaner would be able to see the carpet isn't clean. I understand now why you advertise for the carpet to be dry so quickly, because all you are doing is vacuuming it. The technician was nice and did what he was taught to do, but your carpet cleaning service doesn't work.
In past operator wore blue bootie to protect clean carpet. Is this still your policy cuz he did not . Our carpets are clean and were dry in time frame explained. Office very accommodated even gave option to move up appointment. We have used this business a lot in past years and were happy with their employees and service. Thank you !

After the first cleaning the carpet didn't look much different. I have a hoover home cleaner the size of a vacuum that I went over 5' of hallway and the water was dark brown. Zerorez came out for a redo. The carpet looked better but I was curious as to how deep the cleaning is so I again cleaned a room. The water was much cleaner but still dirty. To be fair, it takes me 1/2 hour to do a room and you all do a floor in 1/2 hour. My conclusion and opinion is using a good chemical cleaner is better than not using one. I have since redone the entire house and the carpet looks almost new. Thank you though for your cooperation.
The tile cleaning in my primary bedroom bath was the most expensive part of my entire cleaning project, but totally worthless. It was no cleaner than was originally.
