Technician was on time and a good communicator. The carpets look fantastic and he put protectant on the stairs. Price was fair and reasonable for the work that was done. Most important, the smell and extended dampness of the carpets that I have endured in the past didn't exist with ZeroRes. We went out to eat, and when we came back the carpets were dry enough to walk on! I am sold on ZeroRes. This is the first time I have used them but I will never use anyone else.

I should not have to tell the cleaner what spots have to gone over again. I felt like I was baby sitting your representative. Also he was in a hurry to get out of there. I did feel like he was trying to do the best job possible.

The scheduling process was easy and quick. The serviceman was professional, prompt, and thorough. The product is supposedly safe, free of harmful chemicals. The washing is a little bit suspect though.

Easy to schedule an appointment. Good communication with the company. Tech showed up on time and was professional. Did a good job cleaning. Offered solutions and was honest about what I did and did not need.

Ultimately the carpets look no different than before cleaning. They were dry within thirty minutes after the technician finished, and there were multiple spots where it seemed like little to no treatment was done. Per my lease, I’m required to pay a “professional” to clean my carpets, but I’m going to have to clean the carpets again on my own to get them cleaner. I was disappointed with the technician, who was late despite urging us to be at the property on time or face a “no show”. I understand he had excuses, but overall a very stressful experience and disappointing carpet result.

I had to check after he was done and it was not quite clean. so we worked together for a little bit more elbow grease. He did better with more elbow grease

The price for the services rendered was in my opinion too high. Over 200 dollars for 30 minutes of cleaning one one, one short hallway and 11 steps seems steep
