Very professional carpets look beautiful
We are hesitant to reuse zero rez because the last 2 times you have come, we have had to have the cleaners come back to do a better job. We have used zero rez for 12 years, and when we are paying $100’s of dollars, we expect a thorough, good job. We have felt like they are more interested in doing a QUICK job. Unfortunate. While we do appreciate that they came back and did a better job, we didnt like the hassle of having to have them come back.
Our carpet cleaner was awesome so thorough and polite! He did a great job. 10/10 recommend. He deserves a raise!
My carpets not only look clean but, they feel clean. They were very professional.

There were four spots on my carpet in my den that we’re not in the pathway. When the carpet dried, they reappeared.

The technican did a wonderfu job
Professional cleaning without soap. Patti did an awesome job at cleaning my rug and carpets. She was thorough with her work and even went over the costs in detail before she started her work. She made sure I was happy with the results and reviewed a few issues with the carpet.
We were up charge to treat a spot, the tech used a black light told us the green color was active bacteria. We agreed to pay the extra to get rid of it. When he was done and he came up to collect I asked him to use the black light again over where the spot was he said the black light was out in his truck and was kind of hesitant to go get it. The spot showed up still just as big but this time it was blue and he said it had been neutralized. Then he went back out to his truck and got a smaller machine. What he didn’t know is was also have the light to show issues. The next day the spot was green again!!! So it wasn’t neutralized like he said! Last time I used Zero Rez the spots on the carpets were all gone and
Had to come 4 times to clean the area. Each time the stain increased in size. They have to come out again
The service was done well. I am pleased with how clean everything is.
If a tech knocks over an outdoor plant or knocks something off a wall - both have happened to me - it would be nice of them to let the customer know and apologize.
Also - when a customer mentions an area that has more traffic - it would be nice if they did a little extra to be sure it's cleaned. I have had a couple of techs that have done that - it's such nice simple thing to do.

Patty, technician arrived promptly at my house Friday mid-day and reviewed areas to be cleaned and any concerns I might have. She got to work and cleaned each room with care. Afterward, she pointed out stressed areas I might not have been aware of. All in all it was a great experience and the carpets were almost thoroughly dry by Saturday evening.
No soap
The tech was great to work with and the carpet was unbeliveably clean, the whole experience was top shelf.

I thought the carpets would be much cleaner than they are. Great customer service but wish carpets looked better after getting cleaned
The young men that came to my home were courteous and explained all they would be doing. They did a great job on a very dirty carpet. When the one in charge noticed that the amount I needed cleaned, such a fewer steps on the stairs, etc. was lower then the estimated amount, he lowered the price without me asking. They didn't try to sell me on cleaning my HVAC ducts but, I asked them how they do it. I was impressed on how ZEROREZ does it compared to how an other company did mine.
Zeroez did such a great job on my carpets! They look so clean and all of the annoying dark spots from dirt and oil are gone! Zach was so friendly and professional—I will definitely use them again!
I received a quote and when the tech came to my house he stated that the wire was wrong and charged me more for my couch than what I was . The whole thing ended up cost me twice as much as I was quoted. Very disappointing
Your representative were extremely hard was very honest with how he performed in the work he did. I’d recommend zero Rez to anyone.
