My front room carpet is at least 31 years old and Zerorez did a wonderful cleaning and when I left and came home several hours later, it felt so nice and fluffy on my bare feet. I'm really impressed with this service.

Third time I've used Zerorex
They didn’t get the smell completely out but they did do a good job other than that. I do feel like I was charged a super high amount and was told it would be smaller. They told me $60-70 per mattered and $60ish for the room. I had two mattresses done and one floor but I was charged over $400. I didn’t feel cheated a little.

I’m happy with the result of my carpet cleaning. One thing I wished were different - my technician did not put shoe coverings over his shoes. He just wore his street shoes while cleaning my carpet.
