Jack was our technician, he was efficient, friendly and concerned about our needs and concerns. He was careful not to get carpet too wet which we had experienced before. Good job for us
Less toxic ingredients
Jose did exactly what he said he would do and did it well. He actually called and let me know he could come earlier than I was expecting which worked much better for me.

The Zerorez product is the best and the technicians that deliver the product are so good. They always leave everything so much better and take the time to do the little extra things that make the difference. They have always been on time and so through in there initial inspection. I have recommended Zerorez to several of our family. Having used them multiple times, I think they are the best.

John and Tom were friendly and professional. They got the job done fairly quickly and well. They offered an additional service, carpet protector, for both carpet and my upholstery. I like that Zerorez does not use harsh chemicals or soaps. I also like the open availability compared to other businesses.

No overpowering cleaning solution smell and dries quickly! I loved that my carpet pads were not soaked and it dried to a nice and soft carpet without any residue.

Zerorez did a fantastic job. We had our carpets stretched the day before and decided to get them professionally cleaned. We were able to schedule for the next morning and Camron Oaks called us when he was coming, actually about ten minutes early (I love earlier). He showed up, was very professional and friendly. Went right to work. Make our carpets look great and was cleaned up and out in just under an hour - doing 3 rooms a hallway and stairs. So grateful they were able to do it. Camron is an incredible employee.
