The stains are gone! We are waiting to see if they stay gone, because the spots have come back in the past. So far, so good!
Prompt arrival, accommodating and knowable and no chemicals.
The reason I had Zerorez out is due to urine. the dog had been in the house only for the last 2 years. These are not old stains. The house still smells and if fact I almost think it is worse. I paid the extra $180 for the pet service and feel it was a scam.

I liked that Ethan, the technician who cleaned my tile floors was very thorough. Before starting, he asked if there were any particular areas where grout was especially dirty so he could treat them accordingly. He was very personable and completed the job in a timely manner.

Thorough and communicative
Don't understand being charged $25 for a service fee when the carpet cleaners were already coming to fix a clean up job they botched previously. Since they were already coming I had them also clean our stairs and we had agreed on $100, which was fair. But right before leaving, they said they had to assess a $25 service charge on top of the $100 ... I think that is ridiculous.
Informative, through in cleaning areas, and very friendly customer focused. Areas looked really good when done and tried.
Easy to schedule, kid was nice, but apparently there were supposed to be 2 guys on the job and we just had one, so my husband did as much as he could to help him. I think in that case, it may be wise to reach out and see if anyone wants to reschedule, let them know it will take longer, or give the 1 guy more time between jobs... he did a fantastic job though!
With 3 dogs in the house, I've had Zerorez come out a few times. They've been so helpful in getting the "puppy" stains out of my new carpet and in giving me advice on how I can properly clean it up between their cleanings.
