Well, the first time the carpets didn’t come very clean. I was disappointed in how they looked so I ran my little Bissell upright over them and just pulled out the dirtiest black water. Not happy
Soooo…..I got an email that said if it’s not the best then call. So I did. I talked to Liz who was super nice and she sent someone out to re-clean my carpets. DJ did an amazing job and the carpets look really good. I wasn’t expecting perfect because I knew they had some pretty worn traffic areas.
I’m just overall impressed with the customer service and DJ cleaning my carpets right the second time.

Both techs were friendly and professional! They answered all my questions and gave information on what they were doing and why. They were great with my children talking with them/asking questions as well! They worked very quickly with little to nothing needed from me in order to clean our dryer vent and gave a detailed explanation on what I was being charged before having me sign. I also received a call from tech's to let me know they were on their way so I could be sure to be ready for them. Great experience all around.

We appreciate the technician’s positive attitude and effective cleaning method, which ensured our satisfaction. The carpet dried quickly as promised. However, a few days later, we noticed that the carpet in front of our couch and loveseat appeared dingy with a rougher texture and a bit darker color. We aren’t sure what caused this, and it was not noticeable when the carpet was wet. This seems to be the first time we’ve experienced this issue. We would like to request a free assessment to determine the cause and possible solutions.
