Third time I've used Zerorex

They didn’t get the smell completely out but they did do a good job other than that. I do feel like I was charged a super high amount and was told it would be smaller. They told me $60-70 per mattered and $60ish for the room. I had two mattresses done and one floor but I was charged over $400. I didn’t feel cheated a little.

I felt like it was very fast. They didn’t rake my carpet. Some of it was so matted still and I’ve never had that issue with other carpet cleaners. I had to call them back because they forgot spots extremely expensive and was not worth it.

It was way too expensive for upholstery cleaning. Over $600 before my coupon is ridiculous -- half the price of a new couch. I am not even sure that the add on spray was used because I could still smell odors on the tops of all the back cushions. It seems like that part was not thoroughly cleaned.

They were fast, efficient, thorough, and ignored my barking dogs on the other side of the door! They did a great job and my carpets look great. Thank you!

I like the quality and care this tech took despite the quality of my flooring.

The technician told my daughter that even though it was probably a faux leather, he thought that the high alkaline water could damage (dry out) the fabric. His supervisor was contacted and he stated that it could be done without harm to the couch. However, when the technician spoke to me I heard the story that it would probably damage the couch. Therefore, I decided not to have the work done.

There are tow things I would like to see happen. First and foremost, I never viewed and received a breakdown of charges for the services rendered. I was only given a statement of total expenses to my credit card.
Secondly, I would like to meet with a field supervisor and look at the couch that was never cleaned.

I asked the cleaners if they had cleaned the closets in each room and they said yes. However, two of the closets weren't cleaned--and I had gone to the effort to clean them. They also couldn't get a couple of stains out, which was disappointing.
