The young man was polite . He just had good social skills . He did a good job cleaning carpets .
I think it was the technicians, but kind of a lot of footprints going down the stairs.

Technician was very friendly and helpful.
Twice before I had to have it done twice and couldn’t manage to have the bottom floor done even though it needed it at the time. It was too massively inconvenient.
So when I finally got someone who did it right the first time and only had to redo the stairs, I asked for that person specifically and was reassured that’s who I was getting.
That person did not show up at my door. Someone else did- I stupidly let them in and the results were obvious streaking, mixed clean and not clean areas, stiff unvacuumable carpets. I had company coming and had no choice but to have them come back. The manager did an excellent job the second time, but it was such chaos to have all of the furniture and plants still stacked up and relaxation impossible. I couldn’t adequately get ready for guests. We have four disabled children in the house that a change in routine is so difficult and I have a bad back, so it made for a miserable week.
My requests expecting this to be avoided were ignored, specifically avoided, I had to beg to get it resolved before the week was out and even though the return manager this time was excellent it is not who I can count on getting every time, so I will never be using your services again under any circumstances. Not worth the anticipatory fear of having a repeat again.
Zerorez communicated very respectfully, arriving timely as promised. We are very happy with our cleaning. We will definitely be using Zerorez again!!
The young men who came were efficient, kind, and professional. They represented Zerorez very well!
There was a dark spot on sofa, about 6-7” round, one I didn’t notice before.
They were super quick and their service was professional. Great price and kind staff.
Residue free cleaning
In the past I’ve appreciated the fact that zeroez wasn’t into the high pressure upsale on everything to try and squeeze more money out of you. I’ve noticed the last couple times that they now are asking for the upsale, I decline, and then they go and try and gather evidence to build their case and then try again. Still do a great job, but having done this work in college, I know what’s going on and if I decline I’d like that to be enough. I had to tell the tech that I have done this job and know the tactics and then he simply returned to his cleaning and did a great job with that.
I like how friendly your staff is. I love how well your product cleans my carpet and chairs. I can tell that you want the best for our home

Quick and friendly. The cleaning worked well.
We had several dog urine stains. But they counted something like 14 stains (more than there really was), and charged $95 for each one. What was advertised as a ~$350 spring 3-room special ended up being $1,300!!!
We could have bought new carpet for that.
And the stains are STILL THERE. The workers were here for maybe 2 hours. For $1,300 that is NOT worth it - I'll probably call and request them to come back and do the job they were paid to do.

Tacked on a 25 dollar service fee not disclosed. I used you once b4 and really was impressed. That is why I called you again but just freaking disclose extra charges. It's sneaky.
I have white bathroom rugs I. My master bath, dirty feet walked all over them. What in God's name does the tech who is not cleaning in there have to go in there? If he wants to use tge facility I would've appreciated he 1. Ask? 2. Dirty my rugs? 3. The feet were facing the sink, not the toilet...was ge rooting through my medicine cabinet?

Also, i was quoted 300 2 other times b4 I saw your coupon. Are your phone people on commission? Maybe they shouldn't be. Better customer care

Be clear, the service fee should be part of the cost of your promotion.
3 rooms and a hall for $99. Should be 3 rooms and a hall for $124. BE HONEST.
