Our carpet at sofa look great, and they dry fast!

Your technicians are always extremely polite and thorough. We love the fact that the carpet is not soaking wet after the Technition is done cleaning. It looks brand new again. I highly recommend the technician that came to our house. He was amazing!

The man that came to my house was on time, very professional, friendly and polite. He answered my questions and explained everything. He was fast and through and my house smells great ! I would definitely recommend them to others.

Andrew did a great job! He was kind and efficient without moving too quickly. My carpet looks way better! My only complaint on why it isn't a 10 is he left my stairs a little wet, 3 days later they are still damp, i know it takes time for it to dry. But he did the other rooms fine it was just my stairs. Unsure if he is tightly booked and spent more time than he expected. Otherwise everything else was perfect.
Zerorez cleaned our carpet and made it smell new! Our carpet was trashed by our 3 dogs but Zerorez got it so clean and looking great!
Your workers were nice but I don't think you have a good stainer remover. If your carpets are fairly clean you do okay. You came twice but still stains left....i feel a different carpet cleaning business with stronger stain removal chemicals would have done a better job. You were expensive and I didn't feel I got my money's worth. My carpets were also crunchy when you finished and that is a big advertisement point you make that that doesn't happen with hiring you. I usually clean my own carpets with my home carpet cleaner. Results from hiring you were about the same when I clean my carpets myself. I would not recommend your service.
The cleaning rep Parker was great: on time, cordially, knowledge and friendly. This my first time using Zerorez. So I'll have to wait until it dries and I'm back over there at the property to see how it looks. But thus far, good. That's why I only can give it an 8 for now. So no suggestions for any improvements.
It was quick and easy, I was able to pay online which made it very convenient
That after you folks are done, my carpet feels soft, not crunchy like other places.

The tech that I always use in my rental properties - Mia - always does a terrific job. She advises me after about the condition of the carpeting (wear and tear) plus will snap a couple pictures after also if I have questions or want to see the outcome. Very thorough, timely, and professional. The price is competitive. Highly recommend zeroez.
It was not clear I was going to be charged more because my living room was too big. Kind of sneaky to find out after the technician arrived and we had already moved all the furniture out.
Think it could have been done a little more thoroughly.
So just average nothing great this time.
When I asked about a service you could have provided you said it most likely wouldn't help me...so I really appreciated your honestly. I've told other people about that because I think it speaks volumes about your honesty.
Also, I had a stubborn stain and you were kind enough to come and do a second treatment to help remove it at no extra cost.

We use Zerorez exclusively for our rentals. We especially love their treatment when our tenants have service animals who have accidents on the carpets. It's expensive, but removes all traces of the mess!
