Landon and Colton cleaned my carpets and did a superior job. They worked hard, were very considerate, and were quick. I would recommend Zerorez just because of Landon and Colton.

The guys did a good job, especially where the carpet was really dirty, and now it looks great, even after I vacuumed next day, it looked way better.
I was not impressed with the service. First the options to select online were limited so when the tech came out we had to change the order and it increased the price fairly significantly. The upholstery I had cleaned still has dirty marks up the back of it which the technician told me would go away when it dried but they still look the same and it appears dirty. The carpets still had several stains and did not look great and the tech said there was nothing more he could do about them, but my husband got a machine and was able to get them out afterwards but this added an extra expense we were not planning for as well as his time and effort. I was just really unimpressed overall with the quality of the work and the information provided by the tech as well as the lack of info when I scheduled online to choose the correct options and get the correct pricing.
We thought our worker did a great job. She was diligent, thorough, and professional. The carpets look much better than they did.

i have been using Zerorez to clean my carpet for years and I have been very satisfied. This past week, I used them to clean my tile and grout. It looks so nice and new! They are very professional and I totally recommend them!

Getting the carpet cleaning scheduled was painful. Whoever I talked to insisted on triple confirming every single area with me before we could schedule a time for carpet cleaning and I asked that we just to everywhere that was done last time. So that was annoying but nothing more. The biggest shocker to me is the price has increased dramatically! I think we paid about $200 extra this time around than when we got the exact same things/areas cleaned last year. That was a big sticker shock. But I thought the actual cleaning was great! My cleaner was efficient and did everything I asked. My carpets look so much better and didn’t take forever to dry. I love that.

It cleans with out so much water
I paid almost $200 for ONE area rug, and then your system asked for A TIP?????? The young man that came was courteous and polite, but I expect that you are paying him a fair wage. This is ridiculous, greedy, and I honestly don't think I will ever try your services again.
The carpet did not look any different. Hired another company 1/3 the price and my carpet was 100% improved.
Technician was super nice, but was there maybe 30 minutes. The other company worked on my ONE room for over an hour.
