You guys didn't put a disclaimer on your specials, we were charged extra for the job. Ripped us off, you were too fast and didn't get all the stains out as you said they did. You were also not careful as you dragged the hose against the walls and stairs where you've caused some markings. And the carpets were soaking where it took pretty much overnight to dry. Very disappointed. There's absolutely nothing you guys can do to make it up except for maybe a refund as we've decided to not hire you again nor come over again for the 30 day guarantee. We took photos of the job with stains left behind and damages done as we're sharing them for part of our negative review.

Following the rug cleaning by Matthew (he gets 10 out of 10), apparently the Zeroez van leaked oil on our driveway. I called and Zerorez sent another tech in the area (Ben) to clean our driveway. Ben also did a great job and removed all traces of oil. Ben gets 10 out of 10 also.
They did a great job they even called to reschedule after I missed my scheduled time

Friendly and efficient service.
Our carpet is so much cleaner and softer! It’s so nice to know that there are no chemicals left behind that would attract dirt that would make it necessary to clean it again after a short time.

When I called to make my appointment, I had a discount for 20% off that was not applied to my ticket and I didn’t realize it till after I paid. I have called to talk to a manager with no response back. I have called two other times was still no callback. She also missed placed on my couch and I had to call her back in to fix those and then it was still not done correctly. I want someone to come out and redo the spots correctly. I feel like this was a waste of my money.

The products used, actually work. The young gentlemen were very respectful and efficient. They worked very hard on my carpets as they had very dirty high traffic areas as well as the rest of the carpets. I have used other companies in the past and they never really got clean. There was soap residue that made my carpets crunchy. It took 4 days to dry with the heat on and fans. With zerorez, my carpets were dry in 5 hours. I am 100% pleased with the results. I’ve already been telling everyone about my carpet results.
Always great, friendly people. It's a little bit frustrating to have little unexpected amounts added because of spot cleaning or pre-treating or wool carpet...
