I have aiways used Zero Res but this last time I was upset with the service and strongly indicated that. they were quick to respond to ask how they could regain my loyalty and came out very quickly to fix all the areas I was concerned about. The areas that I was concerned with were not dirt stains but burn stains on the carpet. please ignore my previous communication and take it off the web site if you can

We like how clean the carpet feels and how fast it drys.

Did not appreciate the super hard upsell on the pet treatment. It was way over what we intended to spend, and I don't believe it was totally necessary. But we were almost made to feel like we had no choice.

Was not impressed with the cleaning, I couldn’t tell a difference from before.

The tech did not put his booties on when he first came into the house. His hose dripped some back dirty water as he carried it downstairs. He did clean it up. After he left, I found some drops of a white liquid on my wood floors and tile. I cleaned them up.
He was very courteous and worked quickly, but I got the feeling he was quite new at the job.

A good job was done. Service young man was very informative. checked fabric of carpet before starting to make sure it would be ok to shampoo.
