Your technician and the job are just fine, and I liked that you included Food Bank donations in your sale. My disappointment came with the bill, which included a “$25.00 Service Fee.” Please just include it in the advertised price of cleaning and not as a surprise just before you ask if I want to tip the technician! Nice clean techs that take pride in their work. We appreciate that they are coming to clean and that they make it stay clean and not make a mess while they are cleaning the carpets and are careful not to damage walls, floors or furniture.

I had some gum in my low berber-type carpet and I really thought a professional carpet cleaner would be able to remove that - but it looked no different after the carpet cleaning than it did before.
I got a call 90 minutes before my schedule service window that you were on your way.
OK, that still works but caught me off guard. At least I was already prepared.
Told the service gentlemen what was to be done and showed the areas. The amount quoted was what was paid.
I was slightly surprised on how quickly the carpet cleaning was conducted; living room, partial stairs, hallway, and partial room.
Cleaning was done in less than an hour.

Your specials discount pricing guidelines should be a bit more flexible. My $315 service should have been much less, but “what constitutes a room” limitations force people to get much higher prices options because we don’t fit the mold. I believe this is done in a bait and switch mentality. Your services are good, but you need to treat repeat customers better.

The first guy you sent out did a horrible job and I called and told ZeroRez about it and they sent a girl out this time and she did a fabulous job. We are very happy now.
More competitive pricing without add-on fees. Have more flexible options with number of rooms, upholstery, etc.
