So fantastic! Honestly. They have gone above and beyond any expectation as far as carpet cleaning goes. I saw some places where they missed the frost time but the second time they came back they were in and out and also cleaned my area rug in that particular room. That was very kind. This company is easy to work with. Customer service is pleasant, and the technicians are fast and friendly!

Hayden was a very hard worker and cleaned the carpets superbly. He was friendly, polite and professional and was careful with our furniture. The carpets are almost 30 years old and because of the great cleaning job we always get with Zerorez, we haven't had to replace them. Thank you for your excellent service.
ZeroRez arrives for service on time, in a logo marked van, and a tech in a logo uniform. The one day advance reminder is appreciated. The tech takes time to walk through the property and areas to be cleaned, asks about any special needs (like pet stains). The tech is very efficient with time management, organizing and planning the clean, works consistently. The carpets dry within a couple of hours, are soft, and have no residual chemical or masking scent. Have been relying on ZeroRez annually since our move in clean 20 years ago. Very very happy with ZeroRsz and recommend ZeroRez without hesitation.
Mya did an excellent job. I like that its steam not shampoo. The Bio formula is also great for cleaning up after our puppy.

Good communication and reminders from the company. They arrived right when they said they would were very clear explaining things, worked quickly, cleaned up nicely. So far the carpet looks good and I think most of the stains came out. I was surprised- I considered adding an area rug that was wool and it was very expensive so I did not.
The young man was a hard worker and very friendly. The machine broke down twice and it took him forever to do the job! The machine dripped water all over my wood floors that I had to clean up afterwards. I know he was trying very hard and he was frustrated but so was I. A couple of the rooms were very wet but that's probably due to the non-working machine. He also left handprints on my wall as I was paying and he was leaning on the wall. He was working from truck to machine in the rain so I give him credit. I appreciate his hard work but I was so glad to finally see him go!

My carpets were left extremely wet. I had to use a wet vac to remove water from the carpet several hours after it was cleaned.
