They do an excellent job. I wouldn’t have anyone else
The cleaner did not clean behind our doors in any room. I need to call to have them come back to fix it.
Nice clean techs that take pride in their work. We appreciate that they are coming to clean and that they make it stay clean and not make a mess while they are cleaning the carpets and are careful not to damage walls, floors or furniture.
We love Zerorez. They always get our carpet super clean and they're fast.
Friendly service
I had some gum in my low berber-type carpet and I really thought a professional carpet cleaner would be able to remove that - but it looked no different after the carpet cleaning than it did before.
I got a call 90 minutes before my schedule service window that you were on your way.
OK, that still works but caught me off guard. At least I was already prepared.
Told the service gentlemen what was to be done and showed the areas. The amount quoted was what was paid.
I was slightly surprised on how quickly the carpet cleaning was conducted; living room, partial stairs, hallway, and partial room.
Cleaning was done in less than an hour.

Your specials discount pricing guidelines should be a bit more flexible. My $315 service should have been much less, but “what constitutes a room” limitations force people to get much higher prices options because we don’t fit the mold. I believe this is done in a bait and switch mentality. Your services are good, but you need to treat repeat customers better.

The first guy you sent out did a horrible job and I called and told ZeroRez about it and they sent a girl out this time and she did a fabulous job. We are very happy now.

I paid over $300 for 5 rooms, 1 hall and my stairs. The technician was here for a total of 60 minutes-it should take much longer to do a quality job. The carpet was not clean! It looked the same as before and took over 24 hours to dry. I took my own carpet cleaner out after the tech left and ran it over a few spots... the waste water came out black still. To top it off the technician wore their dirty sneakers while cleaning the carpet.

I always appreciate the professional service given each time I have Zerorez clean my carpets. Not only is the cleaning done well, the associates are friendly, hard working and efficient. Zerorez makes cleaning my carpets a pleasant experience.

I am VERY displeased
The service providers you sent were very courteous and helpful. However, once the carpet had dried I noticed a several little spots on the carpet that were red/pink in color and were similar to small pieces of melted wax on the carpet. It took quite an effort for me to eventually get them out. I don't know if there was something wrong with the machine or where it came from. I only know that it was not there when I vacuumed the carpet that morning.

Tile looked slightly better after the second clean but not what my expectations were for how much i paid for
The technicians were helpful and respectful and honest. They could get some embedded pet dander out of the carpet, though, which was disappointing.
Return the money I paid, for starting point. Your product didn’t do much for the heavy traffic areas. As a result, I would not recommend your service
