You did not fail us on your carpet cleaning Job on 3/27/25, but our carpet did fail us. We have had this carpet several years and have had it cleaned several times. Will and his partner did a very fine job in a short period of time but we didn't see any improvement in the quality of the job from when it was done previously.
We have found that we must have a poor quality carpet that cannot be improved no matter the carpet or the method used to clean it. This was explained to us by both men that were here and cleaned the carpet, so they did the best they could but we did not see any difference in the results, which we understand. WE spent $500 as an experiment and Zerorez was the beneficiary of our experiment. Thanks, First name removed and Judy Last name removed

There were multiple steak marks left in our carpet where it didn’t have them before. It was very rushed and seemed to me that it wasn’t quite done properly. Our carpet still has lines still one week later showing where the carpet cleaner went over it.

I was pointed out urine drips behind my my couch, I moved away from the wall, the only room to get back there still got the drips, so I went and bought myself one of those flashlights did to text yuran, and I got quite a few spots.

The tech was friendly and informative.

The carpet is old so I may need to manage my expectations but the concern was in the higher traffic paths. It is much darker than the rest, which I was hoping would come out better. The areas l/spots where I have personally scrubbed are much lighter within these traffic paths so I know it CAN come clean. I guess I thought there would be a more abrasive treatment than just a once over with the machine.

The job was done quickly and professionally. The workers were friendly and pleasant.

The truck broke down so there was a long delay BUT I completely understand & it wasn’t a problem
But I felt like once they started they just rushed through it. The hall was soaking wet. The stairs are just ok & I wasn’t prepared for how much extra it was going to cost for the pet stuff. It added 350$ to my total
If they hadn’t rushed I probably wouldn’t be bringing that up

The 10x12 rug cost was over 100 dollars. It was done in less than 5 minutes

Also the entrance hallway was left a mess when they exited. Had to clean up after them
