We moved into a new house and two of the rooms had super dirty carpets. We didn't have the time or money to replace it just yet so we had Zerorez come to clean the rooms. They did an amazing job and honestly the carpets are completely restored. We won't have to replace them for a while since Zerorez did such a good cleaning job.

Carpet looks great, no residue when it dries. Employees are always professional and careful with our home.

I've used Zerorez twice now for our companies rental properties and we have been very happy with them being able to accommodate our schedule and we've been happy with the quality of the cleaning. We will keep using them.

Compared to a previous experience with another company I was very disappointed. I had some of the same sticky spots on the carpet as before, but while the previous company I used was able to get everything clean in less than an hour, zerorez was at my home for two hours and left the spots (the biggest reason I wanted the carpets cleaned in the first place) still in the carpet.

The employee was consistently distracted by his cell phone and when I asked him to give another attempt at getting the spots out, suggesting that maybe he had a spot soap or solvent he could try, his answer to me was that the solution he had rarely worked and was not worth trying. Ultimately he was either unable or refused to do the work necessary to get my carpets cleaned.

I had also moved my couches to the middle of the room so he would not have to move them twice, but the employee started packing up to leave without even asking about the couches. Who would ever think that they were hired to clean the edges and not the middle of a living room floor?! I caught him before he got out the door and told him that, of course I wanted him to finish cleaning the floor. He came back and stood just watching while I, a small woman, wrestled my heavy couches and a large bean bag back into place as he watched. Compared to the experience of other carpet cleaning companies that move the couches out and back themselves and put them up on blocks for the carpet to dry without even being asked, this was totally unacceptable and discourteous. I understand that the carpet cleaner is not a moving company and would never expect someone to come and rearrange heavy furniture to clean underneath, but I moved literally every other item and piece of furniture off my floor - it is absurd that an able bodied young man would not offer to help move a couple couches or at the very least politely excuse himself from not helping if he had a good reason not to.

I like that zerorez does not use harsh chemicals on the bulk of the carpet, but if you can’t, even with double the time, remove spots that other companies easily can then it’s pointless to have the carpets cleaned. And with such terrible customer service, I could never recommend this company.

I was told info on the phone when scheduling that wasn’t true when the worker came. I was assured the problems with my carpet would be fixed. They weren’t and it looked the same when the worker was done. I told him I wasn’t pleased and he didn’t care then left.

Your system was not able to remove my dirt. I understand that what was there was ground in dirt because my husband shuffles, I needed to have it cleaned much sooner. My husband was angry that his daily rotten would not be possible. I am a care giver with a man who is declining in cognitive ability I now understand that to get the resalts I was hoping for I will need to override his wishes and require service in a timelier matter . I’m happy with the result of my carpet cleaning. One thing I wished were different - my technician did not put shoe coverings over his shoes. He just wore his street shoes while cleaning my carpet.

My front room carpet is at least 31 years old and Zerorez did a wonderful cleaning and when I left and came home several hours later, it felt so nice and fluffy on my bare feet. I'm really impressed with this service.
