The personality of the employee that serviced our home, he was cordial, pleasant, and knowledgeable about the cleaning service and explained what each step was in the cleaning process. Our carpets have never looked better, the traffic areas are clean and no residue.

I asked for a Tuesday morning appointment. I was scheduled for Monday. I did not notice it so made arrangements to make it work. You have been to my house before. I requested the same tech that we had the last 2 appointments and verified the address and gate code information The tech did not come until most 1:00 was

The overall result was good but the billing was a bad experience where the technician charged us for walk-in closets when they weren't. I wasn't home so my wife had to speak with him and she didn't understand why they were considering them walk-in. Instead of explains the technician said we could discuss the billing after with the billing department if we felt it was inaccurate.
Extremely hard to get a hold of a live person to make a appointment.
You do a thorough cleaning job that lasts!
Reduce the cost of your service.
I felt like the technician rushed through the job at the end leaving spots that should have come up. Also I'm not happy with the fact that I told Zerorez I had some wool carpet to be cleaned and was never told the cost would be more than 2 times the cost of the other areas to be cleaned. I was told there was a carpet cleaning special of $33.00 per room up to 200 sq.ft. but wasn't told it didn't apply to the wool areas. Very disappointed that the information was not divulged at the time I made the appointment.

The young man who came to clean my carpet didn't use the brushes that I was told you used, to clean my carpet. I think you should have let me know before hand that he wouldn't be following protocol and let me make the decision from there whether to continue. Rather than him just start doing it and when I notice he wasn't using all the correct tools gives me an excuse that he can't use that took because of a car accident.
Then he claimed he couldn't get out a black mark on the carpet so I took in my bottle of resolve and got the spot out!!
Then he never put the protectant on it.
So I paid $199 for the rooms he cleaned which included the protectant but didn't get the protectant!
I would like some refund for that and some kind of compensation for all the BS!!
They always do a great job, our carpets look brand new again when they're finished, and knowing that carpet cleaning residue is not left in the carpet.

Super fast worker, and my stairs have never been cleaner after a carpet cleaning. Usually they just look wet, my carpet is super clean. I am very happy. My serviceman was super polite and efficient!
