Thought the tile came out great. Never had tile done before and the worker told that it where the problems areas could be,and it came out better then I expected.

I was supposed to be the first appointment of the day and the tech should have been here before 9. Instead he showed up at 11:30. We own a service business so I get that things come up but they called me every hour saying he would be here within the hour and I wish we had just rescheduled for a later time so I could get stuff done. Also the carpet didn't dry as fast as I had hoped. Even in the heat of the day with the windows open

My only disappointment was the loyal member e-mail that went out this month. Every month I look forward to the special savings we are offered and August's e-mail subject line was August savings but there wasn't any specials inside.

Eric cleaned my carpets 7 rooms/ tile in two bathrooms / lounge chair / he was amazing / polite. Professional/ asked me if things looked ok/ my tile has never looked this good since it was new/ he worked really hard getting all of the spots on the carpets / next time I have my house cleaned I am going to ask for him/ tell him thanks for a job well done
thank you for making things right and coming back out to clean the carpets a second time. The carpets smell so much better and are now liveable.
Clean carpets
Having you come was a waste of my money and time. He didn't remove not even 1 spot off my carpet. The next day I went and hand treated each spot and cleaned it myself. It was a complete waste.
