I had the carpets cleaned in the basement apartment for the owners of the home. We had recently bought a condo and wanted to leave the apartment clean for the homeowners. I know they had been pleased with the work done before by Zerorez and so I made the appointment with them. Again, after the work was completed, the homeowner was very pleased with the results. She commented on how friendly the technician was, as well. I will have this company do my carpets in my new condo when the time comes.

The tech worked very hard to get the grout clean but in doing so, the base boards have a green tint on them that I can't get off. It appears I will have to re-paint them.

Quickness, very clean, and your workers are efficient. Used one on a qroupon that was not Zerorez for a rental apartment and I'm sorry I spent that money. I feel like I need to start over with Zerorez. They left a giant spot in the living room. How do you miss those? And their method is so different on very expensive carpet, I felt they were very and inefficient and didn't do the job. Nice and friendly, but didn't do the job. Doing it over on my house.
Good work
The cleaning is amazing! There is NO residue and it dries so quickly. The best part for me is the pet urine treatment. It is truly the best at getting the odor and stain out.

The technician did a great job in taking out the pet stains. He also suggested what to do if it happens again before having the carpets cleaned.
Roy did a great job. He got the carpet as clean as I hoped for and in time before we moved stuff in to the new home. There was a bit of a musty smell afterward, but I opened the windows to let it air out for a few days while we moved in and it went away.
Roy was very knowledgeable and excited about what he was doing. He talked about the technology so much that I had to ask him to just show me. I had an errand to run and felt comfortable enough leaving him alone and to lock up. Great guy. Great Job.
I like that there are no chemicals used which means no strong smell or residue. My carpets look very clean when finished. All staff has been very friendly and professional.
I like the fact that there is no residue. I moved into a new purchase and thought it was a great chance with no furniture around to get the carpets all done. Glad I did. Dog mishaps were taken care of and no more smell or grossness.

Cost for pet treatment was way too high. Cost for cleaning an area rug was twice that of a room.
I have recommended Zerorez to many friends and family. We have used your services multiple times for our home and also our business in Draper, however this last experience was disappointing. I called for the 3 rooms for $33 deal and added a stairway and protectant. My appointment was scheduled for 8 am. Around 8:30 I received a call telling me that someone had called in sick and my appointment would need to be bumped back. Because I work and its hard to schedule things like this, I didn't want to reschedule for another day. By the time the technician finished up and left around 12:45 pm I was 2 hours late for work. This was just one of the problems. Next, never in the multiple times I have had Zerorez clean my carpets have I had a technician pull out his tape measure and tell me my rooms were too big to qualify for the $33 deal. Never. He measured my bedroom at 220 square feet, not taking into consideration that my king size bed and dresser probably compensated for more than 20 square feet. Then my family room measured 265. Fine. Im over by 85 Sq. Ft. So in order to get my third area (120 sq ft) cleaned he said I would have to pay the 2 room rate for being 85 sq feet over the first two rooms. I told him to bag it and just clean the two rooms. Mind you, I still got charged for three rooms. Then I started thinking about it and felt like I needed to call and get some clarification on just HOW you bill people. Is it by the room (up to 200 sq ft) or by square foot? Your customer service rep, who by the way was very nice, explained that the moment you go over 200 sq ft, the price goes up to a 2 room rate. So if i have 220 sq feet of carpet to be cleaned, I'm paying the same price as someone needing 400 sq feet cleaned??? Just doesn't seem right. In my humble opinion, you need to charge per square foot OR by room. If you charged by sq foot I would have three rooms with clean carpet, instead of two. If you charged by room, I would have three rooms with clean carpet instead of two. Instead, you've morphed two conflicting billing policies into one that doesn't make sense if you actually think about it. OR you could just have your technicians make common sense judgements (like they always have in my past experience with them) about if a room is WAY oversized then yes, charge the two room rate. But if it looks pretty close, and the client has been a loyal customer, leave the tape measure in the van and clean the carpets. Thank you for your time. I liked the Orange oil pre-treatment, it made our office smell good and I felt that it did a great job breaking up the oils and brightening the carpet.
