Your employee was very nice and worked the carpet over and over. I did feel that the heavy traffic areas were not totally clean but he told me it was wear not dirt. A friend told me that you use only water no chemicals. Maybe despite his best effort it was not totally clean. No fault of your employee

I like the good job the technician has always done. They are respectful of my furniture and the "corners" with their protective equipment. The technician was polite and considerate with his suggestions of other services I may need, but not pushy. Talking about the technician, he was dressed neatly and clean and ready to do the job I expected to be done. I have used Zerorez for carpet cleaning for years. I trust the products that they use. the representative was very polite and kept me informed every step of the way. great job on the carpet. pretty fast too. for the amount of floor he did I think it was a fair price.

In multiple ways. 1) I called to change my carpet cleaning appointment to a tile cleaning appointment and change the time, and not 20 minutes later, someone called me to confirm the OLD appointment. 2) The day before my TILE appointment, you called to confirm my CARPET cleaning appointment. 3) My wife and I tried multiple times to reach the office and were always on hold for over 15 minutes, finally giving up and leaving voicemails, which rarely received call-backs or acknowledgements. 4) We were given a window of 3-5pm and due to, as far as we can determine from the technician, he did not arrive until after 5 due to "not being told about the appointment" and "going to his own house to clean up a puppy mess." 5) My wife had to leave work to come home for this appointment and due to the extremely poor coordination, she missed at least an hour of work and had to leave in the middle of a project.

That being said, the cleaning technician was nice and friendly, but every level of coordination above him was absolutely abysmal. If I ran my Tutoring Business like this, I would quickly be OUT of business.

You could make it right by refunding a LARGE portion of the exorbitant charge of $600+ it took to do our tile. This would, in a small way, make up for how very disappointed I am with ZEROREZ right now. I listen to KSL every day, and honestly expected MUCH better from this company.

I was very pleased with Benjamin, the technician and felt that he did a very good job and was very professional. We had a couple of bad spots and they now look much better. Thanks Benjamin!!

I was more pleased with this cleaning than in the past. The tech who did ours this time really did a good job and the carpet looks cleaner than ever.

We had our couch and two chairs cleaned,along with the carpet . We were very happy with services of Zerorez .

First, the quote provided was not accurate and while I understand it is just an estimate, to cost over $100 more than I was expecting leaves a bad taste in my mouth. Secondly, my parents used your company and was able to get out most, if not all, of the traffic area stains, it was amazingly impressive, which is why I called you guys. Sadly, the technician was not friendly, up-sold my Fiance without her being aware, and didn't get out any of the high traffic stains..NONE!

Finally, we were given a time frame of when to expect a technician, sadly there were numerous cancellations so they sent our technician home and made us wait (replanning our entire day) so we could get our carpets cleaned. Essentially we were punished because of other people canceling. Sad!

Terrible customer service and our carpets don't look clean and don't look clean either. I've heard great things about Zerorez but given my experience I will not likely use their service again.

The tech did not use a base board protector and now we will need to repaint the corners of our baseboards in several places in our home.

You had a cleaner/enzyme to clean pet odors/stains. I really liked how my technician checked the household cleaner to see what chemicals were in the product that I had used previously in the week, since it could affect the outcome of the cleaning from Zerorez. He determined it was safe and was able to proceed.

The deep cleaning system was awesome, and because of the limited use of liquid and water, drying time was pretty short. Overall we are happy with the results. The technician was professional and efficient.

Not talk on the phone while doing the job. I realize that it is a tedious job, but work does take focus.

I paid extra for the pet cleaning and the technician missed some spots! And I have left two messages on your voice mail in the past week and still have not had a call back!

Please see my previous review regarding my first experience with your company. Thank heavens for your employees like Gonzalo (spelling?)! He came into my home to rectify the previous mess up from John. Gonzalo took the time to look over my carpet & he took the time to clean it. The previous guy did maybe a 1/4th of what Gonzalo did. Gonzalo did a pre-treatment on our carpet, used some sort of brush on it...both things I never saw John do...and then he used the sucker upper thingy (I know, I have no idea what the tools are called). My carpet not only looked better and actually looked like it had been cleaned but it smelled better. I was SUPER impressed with how he handled the whole situation since it wasn't his fault to begin with. He apologized for what had previously taken place & was super polite. He did the job right, at least in my eyes. I felt like I finally got my monies worth but felt like I needed to tip Gonzalo for coming back out to do the job correctly. So what was supposed to cost me $128.00 ended up costing me $158 because of the tips I gave...1 of which was highly undeserved, John's. Gonzalo declined the tip but I insisted he take it because he's the one who deserved it. Anyway, it's because of Gonzalo that I would have Zerorez come back out to do my carpet. He was professional & did an amazing job. The only reason I am not rating this a 10 is because of my first experience. If this had been my first experience, you can bet I would be referring everyone. I will definitely pass the word along but I will also share with my friends that they need to be careful about who is doing their cleaning. I would DEFINITELY recommend that they request Gonzalo because he did a WONDERFUL job!!!

I already called & spoke to a rep. in regards to the problems I encountered & hopefully it's been noted somewhere. The individual that came out to our home, I think his name was John, tried to sell me on a pet product due to our pet urine. I told him I didn't want it due to the fact I was hoping to get rid of the carpet before too long. He then informed me that the company was having a competition on selling products so he would like to 'give' me the product in exchange for a 'good tip' at the end...that way I could name my own price. He said that the company gave them room to make adjustments like this. He then spent about 40 min. cleaning my chair & roughly about 15 minutes cleaning my 2 rooms of carpet. I watched as he cleaned & asked if the light spray he did was the pet spray he said he was going to do, to which he said it was. Honestly, if that was the spray, there was no way it was $60 worth that he quoted me. I felt funny about the whole 'naming my own price' for the product but according to him, he said the company gave them the room to do things like that...so I was ok with it, kind of. When he cleaned my carpet, he didn't pre treat it or use a brush or anything on it other than using that tool that just sprayed something on & sucked it right up. Sorry, I don't know the name of it. In my eyes, I was SUPER discouraged at the whole cleaning & felt like it was DEFINITELY NOT worth $128.00. I felt like I should of rented a Rug Doctor & that I would of done a better job myself. Oh, and while he was cleaning my chair, he said his supervisor called him & told him I needed to sign a disclaimer for what he was doing to my chair since it was cotton...something about it could possibly change color. I told him that was fine & he said, "Oh, I'll just have you do it later before I leave, I don't want to worry about it now." I never signed that document nor did I ever see it. When he was done, I asked what I owed him & he gave me the total. I pulled out my checkbook to write a check & he said, "Don't forget to include the money for the free product I gave you." I said, "And you said I could do it for whatever amount I wanted?" He said, "Yes but will you not include it on that check...will you write a separate check for that?" I looked puzzled & said, "Make it out to Zerorez then?" He said, "Oh no, if it's ok you could give me cash or write a separate check to me personally." At that point, I was bugged and really didn't feel right about it. I told him I would find some cash & now...I wish I would have written a check so I could of had proof. Anyway, I gave him $15 cash because I felt like he worked hard on my chair & because I had agreed to paying something for the 'free product'. After speaking to the rep. about what had happened & taken place & she informed me that he should of never of asked me for a tip nor to write him a personal check, I was super unhappy with everything that took place. Also, the next day, my home smelled like dog pee like no other. So this 'free product' he put on my carpet, it didn't do anything to help prevent the smell AND to top it all off, I felt like my carpet looked no different than before he came to clean it. I did NOT see any difference in the carpet...it still looked just as dirty. After speaking to the rep. she offered to have someone else come back out & re-do the job. Overall, I was totally not happy with the service I received & I had several friends ask me what I thought...unfortunately, my response was, "Get a Run Doctor & do it yourself, it will be cleaner. I would never get Zerorez again." That's how unhappy I was with the service. It honestly was the worse carpet cleaning job we've ever received. HOWEVER, you can see my review on Gonzalo who came back & re-did the cleaning because I had a totally different experience with him one that was worth my money, at least I felt. This guy John is ripping Zerorez off & definitely leaving a bad reputation for your company.

The tech did not put corner guards on the corners of my walls when he was working on the downstairs rooms and I don't know at what point he finally did start using them once he was cleaning the main floor. I have spent the last two weeks repainting my entire main floor and now I have black/blue scuff marks on multiple corners/walls that I need to try and wash/wipe off or just paint over. I'm not really happy about that.
