Tim explained available services well & acted professionally for a quality job as we had the whole house done. And protectant applied.
I'm sure my carpets are cleaner, but they don't look cleaner. Most of the spots are still there. Also, it took forever to dry. I know the email said to call you after 12 hours if the carpets were still wet, but we were going to bed and I didn't want to bother. But the next morning, there were still wet areas. The guy who came out was friendly and professional.

Your prices are a little high for cleaning furniture. I also still have a spot that did not get cleaned in my front room. The stairs turned out amazing except for the sides didn't get scrubbed like the rest of the stairs.
We like that you don't use a lot of chemicals in your service that leave residues in our carpet. The technician who came to our house this last time was absolutely great. He made sure that he discussed every everything that I might consider a problem and suggested some products that would make us more satisfied with the results {i.e. pet care}.
YOUR TECHNICIANS TOLD ME THEY SMELLED MOLD AND RECOMMENDED A TREATMENT FOR THE MOLD. I WAS CONCERNED ABOUT THE POSSIBILITY OF MOLD SO I HAD SOMEONE COME OUT TO TEST FOR IT. AND GUESS WHAT...NO MOLD !!! THEY SAW AN OPPORTUNITY TO SCARE A CLIENT AND TO MAKE ADDITIONAL MONEY IN THE PROCESS. SHAME ON YOU !!!!!!!
Great personnel, nice knowing I'm getting good cleaning without harsh chemicals. Like how you stand behind your service if I have a complaint.
The technician, Tim, was very helpful and knowledgeable. He explained things well and took his time to make sure he did a good job and that I was happy with the work he did. I felt that he was very honest as well, which I greatly appreciate.
We have had Zerorez clean our carpets for several years. However, I think we had the most thorough technician on Monday. After watching the steps he took to clean our carpet I suspect that in the past we haven't always had the best service. Our carpets look great and dried very quickly. I just wish we could get the same technician in six months!

I paid $30 to have lipstick removed. It looked good when he left, and then the next day the pink stains were back. Even a large chunk of lipstick. Don't know how we missed it before, but it's there now.
Angelo was a great tech to work with… He spent extra time on the high traffic areas so they look great. I will specifically request for Angelo to be my tech in the future.
There are some areas that were not totally cleaned. I'm assuming that your guarantee permits me to arrange for another visit. I'd like it to be someone with experience dealing with problem areas.
This was a redo and I really appreciated the time that Cory took to get our carpet looking like new. I only wish it was cleaned that way the first time.

Our carpets were very dirty. Rees did a great job cleaning the whole office and the steps were especially dirty. They look great now! I use Zerorez for my home too! Rees was always concerned about safety!
