The carpets do not look any better. They had very light dirt from normal wear and tear so nothing dramatic. The capers are only 16 months old also. I came home and could not even tell a slight difference. Very disappointing!

My carpets seem cleaner than other companies that I have had. The workers have been very willing to do what I request. One thing that I would like to see used is cornor protecters so the hose is not scraping the paint off. Thanks for your service !

All of the products are great except the nail polish remover treatment. It made the spills worse.

The high traffic areas of our carpet did not come clean this time. Our representative asked me to look at them, I mentioned that they did not look clean, but thought maybe it was because it was still wet, and told him that. He told me about the protectant, but did not work on those areas any more. When they dried, the areas are still dirty.

Carpet was still dirty when tech was finished. I spent 2 hours cleaning with my Bissell to get acceptable results.

I liked the service and the guy who did it was great. There were a few stains that didn't come out and that was my only issue. I had used other places before and they were able to get those types of stains out.

I loved that we got a good price and the carpets are CLEAN! Also, the technician was careful not to spray the furniture, baseboards and or the banister so I didn't have to go around working after. I highly recommend this carpet service to everyone.

I had to get a piece on my laminate floors fixed a week later and they asked if my bathroom had flooded due to how much water was at the door way. We haven't even moved in the house and no one has used the bathrooms. I think you need to make sure when cleaning tile you protect the other floors in someones house.

Very clean and thorough

My only complaint is that when the worker pulled in the hoses from the truck to clean, it smashed one of our plants in the flower beds and it broke 2 dropper line sprinklers that I had to replace. He just needed to be more careful with having the hoses run through our flower garden.

I was well pleased with the cleaning, but the service with the time frame was inconveniences because I had to make different arrangements to pick up my grand kids from school at noon
